’m Kirsten Sweeney, a Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer dedicated to helping you achieve your healthiest, happiest self. My passion is guiding individuals and teens to navigate the complexities of hormones, metabolism, gut health, the nervous system, and overall well-being, so you can feel energised, balanced, and confident in your body. I hold a degree in Naturopathy and Nutrition, a Master’s in Education and Teaching, and have spent over a decade as the Head Naturopath at Australia’s leading Health Retreat. I combine evidence-based science with holistic therapies, including herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, aromatherapy, mindfulness, lifestyle strategies, and personalised fitness plans, to create solutions that truly get to the root cause of health issues, not just the symptoms. I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with painful periods, PMS, mood swings, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances—and I’ve discovered that what we’re often told is “normal” is actually our body signaling imbalance. My personal journey of healing inspired me to help others take control of their health with clarity, knowledge, and confidence. Whether you’re dealing with digestive issues, stress, hormonal challenges, or want to optimise your energy and vitality, I’m here to create a personalised plan tailored to you. Together, we’ll work on practical, sustainable strategies to restore balance, improve your health, and help you feel like the best version of yourself. Book a consultation today and take the first step toward a healthier, happier life, you deserve it.
As a nutritionist, health coach and passionate foodie, I draw upon both science and holistic principles to treat each individual case in a way that is effective, sustainable and enjoyable. I take an investigative approach to each client and will always tailor treatment plans to the individual, their specific concerns and personal goals, with an emphasis on diet and lifestyle, and utilising supplementation where necessary. I believe in patient education and empowerment to form long-lasting healthy habits. Ultimately, you will learn how to make the right choices for your health on your own and feel good doing it! Hi I’m Stephanie Malouf and I’m dedicated to helping people create healthy relationships with food in order to live a healthy and happy life. Whether it be after years of forming bad eating habits or establishing good ones early on in life. After healing my own body through diet and experiencing first hand the incredible healing powers of food, it wanted to educate others on how to do the same. This led me to completing a Bachelor of Health Science; Nutritional Medicine and setting up my own private practice. Having worked with hundreds of clients particularly with weight loss, I have come to understand there are two key parts to having a healthy relationship with food; education and a healthy relationship with yourself with a positive mindset. Food is one life’s greatest pleasures and whilst this can be a positive thing, it can also be used to fill a void and as a distraction from less pleasurable emotions. Your physical health is a direct reflection of how you think, feel and nourish yourself. I have undertaken further studies in the field of psychology in order to help my clients achieve a positive mindset, overcome limiting beliefs and break negative habits. This is often the missing link to an effective long term weight loss and health program and a key driver of stress and emotional eating as well as poor digestion, energy and chronic health issues.
When it comes to health, there is a lot of information (and misinformation) that can be extremely difficult to navigate. I’m here to guide and support you to better health using evidence based nutritional medicine practices. I will look into your diet and lifestyle and use functional testing if necessary to come up with a plan to help you to become your healthiest you. My philosophy is food first, supplements second. Supplements are a really important tool to correct any deficiencies that are holding you back in your health goals. But often we tend to lean on supplements without correcting the reason why we were deficient in the first place. Nutritional deficiencies can lead to a whole range of serious health ailments and disease, including anxiety, depression, eczema, poor digestion and so much more. I can help you to: - lose weight - boost your immune system - have healthier skin - fine tune or completely overhaul your diet - reduce pain and inflammation - improve gut health - improve the overall health of you and your family - reduce stress and anxiety - balance hormones I love working with all ages and have a special interest in Gut Health and Paediatric Nutrition, including assisting with asthma and reactive airways, eczema, allergies and food intolerances. Appointments are available online or over the phone. After our consultation you will receive your personalised health plan via email including a prescription for any supplements and herbal medicines if needed.

Over the years working as a pharmacist, I became increasingly aware of the heavy burden that preventable, lifestyle-related chronic conditions place on individuals. This experience led me to expand my understanding of health beyond prescriptions - completing a bachelor’s degree in naturopathy (with distinction), followed by further training in lifestyle and environmental medicine. Today, I integrate both pharmaceutical insight and holistic care to support clients as a natural medicine practitioner. My approach combines evidence-based tools like functional testing and detailed case reviews with a deep understanding of medication interactions, nutritional needs, and lifestyle factors. By identifying imbalances across medications, diet, habits, and health history, I develop personalised care plans - using herbs, nutraceuticals, and supportive education to help you feel more energised, resilient, and in control of your health. My clinical focus includes: • Metabolic health: support for cardiovascular risk, thyroid function, insulin resistance, and healthy body composition • Digestive health: addressing gut dysfunction and improving overall digestion • Fatigue and energy support • Women’s health: including vaginal microbiome balance, candida, BV, PCOS, endometriosis, hormone-related symptoms (PMS, PMDD), fertility, perimenopause, and menopause • Mental wellbeing: stress, anxiety, OCD, and sleep optimisation • Children’s health: supporting the growth and development of young minds and bodies • Integrative medication reviews: Minimising medicine-related nutritional deficiencies, side effects and making recommendations to your GP to safely get you off your medications. When we work together, you’ll not only receive a tailored health plan - you’ll gain clarity on what your body needs and why, so you can build long-term wellbeing with confidence and clarity.
