Whether you’re managing chronic pain, boosting your energy, or simply looking to feel better in your own skin, I’ll work alongside you to create realistic and holistic strategies that fit your unique needs. At the heart of my practice is the belief that food is medicine. The food you eat profoundly impacts your immunity, mood, and energy levels. Many diseases are preventable, and achieving a healthy life should feel both attainable and enjoyable—not overwhelming or restrictive. Small, intentional changes to your diet, lifestyle, and environment can have profound, lasting effects. I also believe in empowering my clients through education. By helping you understand your body and its needs, I aim to give you the tools and confidence to make informed choices about your health. Together, we’ll uncover what works best for you and create a plan that supports your unique journey. I offer online consultations throughout Australia, so no matter where you are, I’m here to support you. Health isn’t just about what you eat—it’s about nourishing your body, mind, and spirit through every aspect of life. Hi, I'm Victoria and I am here to help you achieve health in all seasons, no matter where you are starting from. I am passionate about seeing people heal from chronic disease and improve their mental and physical health. I am an AARPN registered Certified Practicing Nutritionist (CPN) with a bachelors degree in Clinical Nutrition. I believe in nutrition and lifestyle first, because if the foundation is poor you can throw every supplement under the sun at your body and it will only produce short term results at best. I am able to offer functional pathology testing and as an AARPN recognised CPN I have TGA schedule 1 exemption, meaning under Australian Law I have independent prescribing capacity and can prescribe personalised compounded nutraceuticals and practitioner only products to patients. My life experience and academic interests have drawn me to many areas of focus, particularly mitochondrial and metabolic dysfunction and the impacts it has on brain health; particularly mental health (including mood disorders - Bipolar Disorders, Major Depressive Disorder, GAD, and Panic Disorders) neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD & ASD), neuro-inflammation and cognitive decline. I have undertaken continued education in: - Clinical Care for Autistic Adults (Harvard Medical School) - Common Causes and Treatments of Depression in Children and Adolescents (Stanford School of Medicine) - Women’s Health: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (Stanford School of Medicine) Please note: EPC/ Chronic care plans are for patients without Private Health Insurance. Hello, I’m Owen Fisher – a naturopath, caregiver, scientist, and passionate advocate for holistic healing. My journey into naturopathy has been anything but traditional, and that’s what makes my approach unique. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master’s in Environmental Management, I spent over a decade working in environmental and HSE roles in the mining industry. My work was grounded in data analysis, compliance, and problem-solving—skills that now form the foundation of my evidence-based naturopathic practice. My path changed dramatically when my youngest son was diagnosed with autism at just 20 months of age. I soon became the primary caregiver for him and his two older brothers. When my son was just over two years old, a chance meeting with a naturopath introduced us to a more holistic and functional medicine approach. The improvements we saw in his condition were profound—and this experience sparked a deep personal interest in naturopathy. After several years of exploring integrative approaches and supporting my family’s health journey, I decided to formally study naturopathy. In 2024, my son was diagnosed with two rare genetic conditions — FOXP1 syndrome and an SLC6A1 variant — which further cemented my commitment to supporting children and families navigating complex health challenges. Today, I operate a naturopathic clinic in Perth, offering both in-person and telehealth consultations. I work with clients across a range of health concerns, with a particular focus on: • Gut and immune health • Cognitive and developmental conditions • Thyroid and anxiety-related issues • Sleep and anxiety issues I also offer supportive therapies such as red-light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen treatments, integrating science and natural medicine to guide people toward their best health outcomes. I am a strong believer in a collaborative approach and work together with allied health professionals and alternative therapists. Some of the team that I meet at least monthly are neurologists, immunologists, paediatricians, OTs, PTs, Chinese herbalists and acupuncturists, and developmental therapists. Outside the clinic, I’m a coordinator for the Western Australia Chapter of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), supporting community, education, and professional development for our local practitioners. Away from work, I’m a proud husband and father to three boys. I enjoy staying active through CrossFit and value community, resilience, and continuous learning. While I am available for speaking events and workshops, my primary focus remains on client care and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. If you're looking for a naturopath who understands both the clinical and personal sides of chronic and complex health conditions, I’d be honoured to work with you.
