Hello, my name is Cate, and I work as a Nutritionist and Menopause Specialist Coach located in Killawarra, NSW. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Health Science in Food & Nutrition, and I rely on a science-based approach for crafting my guidance plans and nutrition assessments. I specialise in addressing issues related to peri-menopause, menopause, and gut health. My professional background encompasses various roles, including nutrition consultation, health and wellness writing, recipe development, nutrition analysis, and menu planning. These experiences have offered me the opportunity to collaborate with individual clients and community groups, fostering inspiration and positive change. My personal journey with early-onset menopause, attributed to a history of breast cancer, led me to recognise a significant gap in support available for women grappling with symptoms during peri-menopause and menopause. This realisation ignited my passion for assisting women in understanding the underlying causes of their symptoms and making gradual lifestyle adjustments, with a specific emphasis on nutrition, enhancing sleep quality, and stress management. My primary focus centres on active listening to my patients and empowering them with knowledge about their health. I aim to enable individuals to achieve optimal well-being, while also taking proactive steps to help prevent future health issues and chronic diseases.
I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience in healthcare. My background spans both clinical and private practice settings, and I bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach to personalised nutrition care. I’m deeply passionate about the powerful role nutrition plays in our overall health and wellbeing — not just in preventing and managing chronic conditions, but also in supporting women through different stages of life. I love helping women understand and work with their bodies, whether they’re navigating hormonal changes, planning a family, or recovering postnatally. I also believe strongly in finding balance and enjoyment with food, without restriction or guilt. My areas of special interest include women’s health, fertility, family planning, preconception, pregnancy and postpartum care. I work with individuals and couples who are preparing for pregnancy, supporting the nutritional and lifestyle foundations that influence reproductive health and early development. I’m also the creator of the Fertility Foundations™ Method, a structured nutrition and lifestyle program designed to support the preconception window. The program focuses on strengthening the nutritional and metabolic foundations that support egg and sperm development, hormone signalling and the environment for early pregnancy. Alongside fertility care, I also support clients with chronic conditions such as insulin resistance, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I believe in meeting you where you are, and working together to create realistic, meaningful nutrition strategies that support your health and lifestyle.

Hello, I’m Owen Fisher – a naturopath, caregiver, scientist, and passionate advocate for holistic healing. My journey into naturopathy has been anything but traditional, and that’s what makes my approach unique. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master’s in Environmental Management, I spent over a decade working in environmental and HSE roles in the mining industry. My work was grounded in data analysis, compliance, and problem-solving—skills that now form the foundation of my evidence-based naturopathic practice. My path changed dramatically when my youngest son was diagnosed with autism at just 20 months of age. I soon became the primary caregiver for him and his two older brothers. When my son was just over two years old, a chance meeting with a naturopath introduced us to a more holistic and functional medicine approach. The improvements we saw in his condition were profound—and this experience sparked a deep personal interest in naturopathy. After several years of exploring integrative approaches and supporting my family’s health journey, I decided to formally study naturopathy. In 2024, my son was diagnosed with two rare genetic conditions — FOXP1 syndrome and an SLC6A1 variant — which further cemented my commitment to supporting children and families navigating complex health challenges. Today, I operate a naturopathic clinic in Perth, offering both in-person and telehealth consultations. I work with clients across a range of health concerns, with a particular focus on: • Gut and immune health • Cognitive and developmental conditions • Thyroid and anxiety-related issues • Sleep and anxiety issues I also offer supportive therapies such as red-light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen treatments, integrating science and natural medicine to guide people toward their best health outcomes. I am a strong believer in a collaborative approach and work together with allied health professionals and alternative therapists. Some of the team that I meet at least monthly are neurologists, immunologists, paediatricians, OTs, PTs, Chinese herbalists and acupuncturists, and developmental therapists. Outside the clinic, I’m a coordinator for the Western Australia Chapter of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), supporting community, education, and professional development for our local practitioners. Away from work, I’m a proud husband and father to three boys. I enjoy staying active through CrossFit and value community, resilience, and continuous learning. While I am available for speaking events and workshops, my primary focus remains on client care and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. If you're looking for a naturopath who understands both the clinical and personal sides of chronic and complex health conditions, I’d be honoured to work with you.
I’m a degree-qualified Naturopath (since 2013) with a passion for helping people restore balance and feel their best. Over the years, I’ve supported patients with a wide range of concerns - from stress and burnout, to histamine intolerance, women’s reproductive health, and cardiovascular wellness (my special area of interest). My approach: - I look for the root cause of your symptoms through a detailed case history and thorough review of your blood & other tests. - I take a holistic approach - understanding how your body systems, environment, and lifestyle all connect. - I treat you as an individual - no cookie-cutter protocols, but personalised support that suits you. - I listen deeply - many of my patients say they finally feel heard and understood. - I create a clear, manageable plan that works in real life (because 10+ supplements a day isn’t sustainable).
