Dietitian

I’m a qualified dietitian specialising in longevity, performance, and personalised nutrition for high-performing professionals. Using my signature The Longevity Protocol™, I help executives and driven individuals reverse biological age, improve energy, and stay sharp for decades to come. My approach starts with the science, DNA and biomarker testing, then turns your data into a clear, personalised protocol tailored to your body and goals. No guesswork. No one-size-fits-all advice. Just strategic action based on who you are and how you want to age. If you're ready to protect your healthspan, feel better now, and stay strong as you get older, you're in the right place. Here’s how it works: 1. Test Don’t Guess We start with advanced genetic and biomarker testing to uncover your true health baseline. 2. Precision Protocol I design a personalised nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle strategy based on your unique data. 3. Long-Term Integration We implement the plan step-by-step, with expert support, check-ins, and adjustments as needed. If you're ready to stop guessing, take control of your health, and feel better every year, book a free discovery call to see if we’re a fit.

Pip Reed Nutrition

Nutritionist

Pip Reed — Women's Health Clinical Nutritionist I specialise in women's hormone health through advanced functional testing that finds the root cause of why your body isn't responding. Most of the women I work with have been told their results are normal. They've tried everything. And they're still exhausted, inflamed, and unable to shift weight. The problem was never effort. It was that nobody had looked at the full picture. I investigate. I test. I connect the dots. My clinical focus includes hormone imbalance, weight resistance, endometriosis, PCOS, uterine fibroids, perimenopause, menopause, infertility, thyroid disorders, chronic stress and burnout, gut dysfunction, histamine intolerance, mast cell activation, mental health, acne and chronic inflammation. Every client starts with a Clinical Case Review — a private session where I review your full history, symptoms and test results together, identify what's actually driving how you feel, and map exactly what I'd do about it. You leave with clarity and a plan. I have been a registered clinical nutritionist for 15 years. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine and a Bachelor of Business, and I am a current member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) and the International Association of Corneotherapy (IAC). I consult worldwide via online video and phone. Featured in Marie Claire, Elle, OK!, NW, Wellness By Design, Get Me Glow, Channel Ten News and Triple J. Meet Katie Naturopath | University Lecturer | Mentor | Women’s Wellness Advocate Katie Barron is a degree-qualified naturopath, university lecturer, and mentor to fellow natural health practitioners. With over a decade of clinical experience, she is passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their health with clarity, confidence, and practical support. Through accessible and compassionate online consultations, Katie supports women navigating hormonal imbalances, stress, fatigue, weight fluctuations, sleep challenges, and low energy. Her sessions provide a safe space to explore what may be contributing to your symptoms and develop a clear path forward. Each consultation is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. Katie integrates herbal and nutritional medicine, targeted dietary strategies, lifestyle adjustments, and movement practices—always considering your time, budget, and real-life commitments. Her practical approach ensures that your treatment plan feels achievable and sustainable. Alongside her clinical practice, Katie lectures in naturopathic medicine and mentors emerging practitioners. This dual role keeps her deeply connected to both current research and real-world clinical practice. Katie’s approach combines evidence-informed naturopathic care with a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to heal. As a busy mum, wife, and entrepreneur, Katie understands the realities of modern life. She brings empathy, insight, and real-world wisdom to every consultation, helping you move from simply getting through the day to feeling vibrant, supported, and empowered. Pathology Testing with Purpose Ever been told your blood tests are “fine”, yet you still don’t feel right? Katie’s Pathology Analysis Service bridges the gap between laboratory numbers and how you actually feel. You will receive a detailed written interpretation of your results, followed by a brief consultation to walk through the findings and discuss practical next steps. Your report may include: • Identification of nutritional deficiencies or excesses • Trend tracking by comparing past and current results • Interpretation of patterns between key biomarkers • Practitioner-grade supplement suggestions • Personalised dietary guidance • Recommendations for additional testing where appropriate This service is ideal for those wanting a deeper naturopathic understanding of their health. Katie looks beyond whether results fall within standard laboratory ranges and considers what may be optimal for your body, taking into account your age, gender, symptoms, and stage of life. If you decide to continue with deeper support, the $60 pathology analysis fee can be applied toward a full Initial Consultation, where a personalised treatment plan will be developed. Let’s connect the dots together so you can start feeling like yourself again. The Balance – Energetic Healing Sessions Alongside her clinical naturopathic practice, Katie also offers The Balance, a gentle energetic healing session designed to help restore harmony within the body, mind, and nervous system. This work supports people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or energetically out of alignment and are seeking a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and flow in their lives. During a Balance session, muscle testing is used to identify energetic imbalances within the body’s meridian system. These imbalances are connected with sacred numerical patterns that reflect areas where energy may be blocked or out of balance. Once identified, specific energetic corrections are applied to help restore balance and support the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal. Clients lie comfortably on a treatment table while the balancing work is performed. Many people naturally enter a deeply relaxed or meditative state during this process. After a session, clients commonly report: • Deep nervous system relaxation • Emotional release or clarity • Improved focus and decision making • A sense of energetic lightness • Feeling that life begins to flow more easily Each Balance session works with what the body and energy system are ready to shift at that time. Sessions typically run for approximately 60 minutes. Distance (Surrogate) Balance Sessions For clients who are not local, The Balance can also be performed remotely using a surrogate session. In this process, another person acts as the physical body for muscle testing while the session is energetically tuned to the client. The balancing work is directed toward the client regardless of where they are located. Once your session is booked: You will receive a message when the session is about to begin. If possible, take this time to rest, relax, or meditate. The Balance session will be completed remotely. After the session, you will receive a message and a short follow-up summary. Many clients report experiencing similar shifts and relaxation with surrogate sessions as they do with in-person sessions. Suggested Starting Point For most people it is recommended to begin with two Balance sessions, with the second session occurring approximately one week after the first. This allows the body time to integrate the initial corrections and deepen the balancing process. Further sessions can then be scheduled depending on your goals and what arises during the work. Important Note The Balance is an energetic healing modality designed to support wellbeing and personal development. It is not intended to replace medical or psychological care where required.

Bernadette Cogley

Naturopath

I am a qualified Naturopath (BHSc) and the founder of Amerald Naturopathy. My approach to health is holistic, individualised and grounded in the understanding that the body is an interconnected system. Rather than focusing solely on individual symptoms, I look more deeply at the factors that may be contributing to a person’s health concerns, including nutrition, digestive function, hormones, nervous system health, immune function, lifestyle, environment and emotional wellbeing. I believe the body has an incredible innate capacity to heal, regulate and restore balance when it is given the right conditions and support. Sometimes, however, it needs a little extra guidance. My role is to help identify where support may be needed and work alongside my clients to create a realistic, personalised path forward. My practice combines traditional naturopathic principles and the healing properties of food, plants and natural medicines with current scientific research, pathology and functional testing where appropriate. Treatment may incorporate nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, dietary and lifestyle support, nervous system regulation and other complementary approaches. I am a mother of four and have always had a deep connection with nature, plants and natural healing. Even as a child, I was fascinated by the natural world and felt there was something incredibly powerful in the way plants, food and our environment interact with the human body. This connection ultimately led me to naturopathy and continues to influence the way I practise today. I work with people across all stages of life, from babies and children through adolescence, adulthood, pregnancy, postpartum and healthy ageing. I particularly enjoy working with complex or long-standing presentations where multiple systems may be involved, taking the time to explore the bigger picture rather than viewing symptoms in isolation. My areas of particular interest include brain and nervous system health, hormonal and endocrine health, digestive and microbiome health, immune health, allergies and intolerances, mental wellbeing, children’s health and supporting people experiencing complex or interconnected health concerns. I value an integrative approach to healthcare and believe naturopathic and conventional medicine can work alongside one another. Where additional investigation, diagnosis or care is required, I encourage collaboration with GPs, specialists and other appropriately qualified health professionals. Education is also an important part of my work. I want my clients to leave with a better understanding of their own bodies—not simply a list of things to take or avoid. My aim is to provide a supportive and nurturing space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to take an active role in their health. Amerald Naturopathy offers naturopathic care for babies, children, adolescents and adults. Special interests include: • Babies, toddlers and children’s health • Adolescent health • Women’s health • Men’s health • Hormonal and endocrine health • Fertility and reproductive health • Pregnancy and postpartum support • Brain and nervous system health • Mental and emotional wellbeing • Digestive and microbiome health • Allergies, intolerances and histamine-related presentations • Immune health • Thyroid and autoimmune conditions • Metabolic health • Cardiovascular health • Skin, hair and nail health • Nutritional deficiencies • Detoxification and elimination support • Healthy ageing • Supportive care alongside complex and chronic health conditions • Complementary support during conventional cancer care
