Hi — I’m Tara, a naturopath based in Yallingup, Western Australia, with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). I’ve always been passionate about health, wellness and the healing power of plants, and over the years I’ve lived and travelled in many places around the world. When I moved to Australia, it felt like I had come home — and here I found a way to combine my love of nature, curiosity about human biology, and desire to support others’ wellbeing. I specialise in integrative, whole-person care — blending nutrition, herbal medicine and, when helpful, functional testing (genetic, microbiome or hormone) — to support mental-health, hormonal, gut and overall wellness. A big focus of my work is with people in a 28-day rehabilitation program: clients navigating addiction recovery, trauma or complex mental-health challenges. I also welcome those seeking support for hormonal imbalance, gut health, lifestyle-related concerns, or simply a path toward better long-term wellbeing. For me, naturopathy is about more than treating symptoms — it’s about supporting the whole person: body, mind, environment and life context. I strive to create a compassionate, respectful and collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered. I aim to help you understand your body’s needs, gently restore balance, and guide you toward sustainable health over time. When I’m not working with clients, I’m raising my children, caring for our rural property (animals, garden, meal planning, household routines), and weaving nourishment and rhythm into everyday life. I believe the way we live — the food we eat, the spaces we inhabit, the routines we keep — is deeply tied to health.
