The bulk of my professional life has been in rural private practice clinical environments, and I have always gravitated towards the musculoskeletal elements of Exercise Physiology care. I’m interested in movement based musculoskeletal healthcare. I support people’s health, wellness and rehabilitation, if you’re experiencing setbacks that are stopping you from enjoying what you love, lets collaborate on some active approaches that support your goals. I enjoy collaborating with people as they commit to a process of improved health over time. These types of clients need evidence-based guidance and a cheer squad, and via semi-regular check-ins, I enjoy supporting (and cheering for) them as they work towards their goals.
