Hi I’m Stephanie Malouf and I’m dedicated to helping people create healthy relationships with food in order to live a healthy and happy life. Whether it be after years of forming bad eating habits or establishing good ones early on in life. After healing my own body through diet and experiencing first hand the incredible healing powers of food, it wanted to educate others on how to do the same. I am an experienced physiotherapist with 12 years in practice, working with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. My background includes extensive work in spinal care, as well as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and exercise-based recovery programs. I aim to help clients not only overcome pain and injury, but also improve mobility, strength, and long-term resilience. After graduating from La Trobe University, I began my career at Back In Motion Blackburn, progressing from associate to Clinical Services Coordinator and Co-Director.
