Hi my name is Tayla, I am an accredited practicing dietitian who is invested in supporting individuals in working towards their goals in a sustainable and achievable way. It was through my own lived experience that I found a desire to become a dietitian. I value ensuring participants foster positive relationships with food, their body’s and exercise and will work with them every step of the way to achieve this, because I want to help individuals see that finding a positive relationship with food, exercise and their body is possible. I also have a key interest in working with athletic populations (or retired athletes) and working on their relationship with food to support their training. I acknowledge that disordered eating/eating disorders and body image concerns amongst athletic population is prevalent and I want to be there to help prevent as well as support those athletes in their unique journey within their sport. You are welcome to connect with me via email: [email protected] if you'd like to arrange an appointment

I am an experienced physiotherapist with 12 years in practice, working with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. My background includes extensive work in spinal care, as well as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and exercise-based recovery programs. I aim to help clients not only overcome pain and injury, but also improve mobility, strength, and long-term resilience. After graduating from La Trobe University, I began my career at Back In Motion Blackburn, progressing from associate to Clinical Services Coordinator and Co-Director. These roles gave me the opportunity to mentor clinicians, collaborate with GPs, and design patient-centred programs while continuing to manage a diverse clinical caseload. I also have strong experience delivering care through telehealth, supporting clients remotely via one-on-one consultations and guided exercise plans. In addition, I have extensive experience in clinical Pilates, including designing programs and running group classes to support rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance. My approach is practical, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual - whether your goal is returning to sport, recovering after surgery, or managing ongoing back or joint pain.
