Simone is a qualified Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a past history of working in private practice, hospitals and nursing homes. She has a special interest in Eating Disorders across all age stages and the gut microbiome; hence a registered Co-Biome practitioner. Simone loves any opportunities to give specialised talks to school, sport, workplace and other community groups. Not to mention she has run T1 FlexIt, T2Diabetes, and Binge Eating Support Groups. Simone has recently qualified in Body Project Australia a 4 week program for adolescents having problems with Body Image. Simone’s philosophies include: the Non Diet Approach, HAES -Health At Every Size, Weight Neutral, with Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating and Self Compassion approaches.
