I have a Master’s degree in Nutritional Therapy and practicing since 2014. My main areas of interest are but are not limited to skin condition, hormonal imbalances, diabetes, cardiovascular and liver diseases as well as weight management. In my practice I apply the Functional Medicine Model to review cases and embed a client centred approach. I believe in an evidence-based holistic approach, taking into consideration stress levels, sleep quality, mental health, lifestyle habits and physical activity. I truly believe that holistic health (physical and mental) can provide to all of us wellness, energy, vitality and in general a better quality of life.
