I use a holistic approach, looking at every aspect of your body and health, together with the art and science of healing, to address and support the mind, body and spirit. I integrate a range of scientific based alternative and complementary therapies to prevent and treat disease, while promoting optimal health. I love empowering people to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. I am a dedicated and proud mother of three beautiful children and have had a life full of nature and care, which has led me along the path to Naturopathy. As a child I was always drawn to plants and nature, and believed that they held a certain power and magic within their beauty. I am open to help anyone in need, no matter what part of their life and specific ailments they present with. This includes helping babies, toddlers and older children, teens, young adults, middle age and older. Whatever your health issue, I will strive to do my best to help, using the most up to date research. When needed, I refer my clients to the most supportive professional to further support and aid in your treatment. As a Naturopathic Practitioner, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and Western medicine, while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. Where appropriate Jean uses functional testing to gain a greater understanding of her clients’ health status. She finds testing can be particularly useful when treating hormonal imbalance, food allergies and intolerances, mood disorders and to identify genetic predispositions.

Johanna is a clinical nutritionist with a passion for practicality, offering a simple approach to nutrition for sustainable results. Consulting online via Telehealth, Johanna helps with autoimmune disease, digestion and gut health, environmental health, general wellbeing, dietary analysis, mental health, nutrigenomics, sleep disorders and fatigue. Johanna is a member of the Australasian Association and Register of Practicing Nutritionists (AARPN).

I am a Certified Practising Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine. I am passionate about helping people live a vital, healthy and happy life. I worked as a Pharmacy Assistant for close to 10 years before completing my Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy and my Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine in July 2016. My time as a Pharmacy Assistant exposed me to knowledge about pharmaceutical medications, their benefits and their side effects, and the important role qualified Naturopaths have in preventing and reducing the need for such medications. I am passionate about health and wellness on all levels; physical, mental and emotional, and I always strive to get to the root cause of conditions and treat each person as an individual. I work extensively with medical blood pathology, functional pathology, intolerance/allergy testing, compatibility testing and Iridology in my search for the underlying conditions causing current symptoms.
