Stephanie Malouf

Nutritionist

Hi I’m Stephanie Malouf and I’m dedicated to helping people create healthy relationships with food in order to live a healthy and happy life. Whether it be after years of forming bad eating habits or establishing good ones early on in life. After healing my own body through diet and experiencing first hand the incredible healing powers of food, it wanted to educate others on how to do the same. This led me to completing a Bachelor of Health Science; Nutritional Medicine and setting up my own private practice. Having worked with hundreds of clients particularly with weight loss, I have come to understand there are two key parts to having a healthy relationship with food; education and a healthy relationship with yourself with a positive mindset. Food is one life’s greatest pleasures and whilst this can be a positive thing, it can also be used to fill a void and as a distraction from less pleasurable emotions. Your physical health is a direct reflection of how you think, feel and nourish yourself. I have undertaken further studies in the field of psychology in order to help my clients achieve a positive mindset, overcome limiting beliefs and break negative habits. This is often the missing link to an effective long term weight loss and health program and a key driver of stress and emotional eating as well as poor digestion, energy and chronic health issues.

Lara Morris

Herbalist
Naturopath
+1

Lara strives to support her clients in achieving optimal health and well-being as well as becoming the best versions of themselves. Through personalised consultations and comprehensive assessments, she educates her clients on the importance of healthy lifestyle habits as well as supplementing their diets with nutrients and herbs that may be depleted by lifestyle, stress, genetic dispositions, and medications. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true healing involves addressing the root causes of illness and restoring the body's natural equilibrium while aiming for lasting improvements rather than fostering dependency on ongoing treatments. Her dedication to bridging the gap between conventional medicine and holistic healing reflects her conviction that a comprehensive approach is essential for promoting lasting health and vitality. Part of Lara's approach is to replace any nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that necessary medications can deplete from the body. With this perspective, both pharmaceutical and naturopathic medications can work together when necessary.

Richard Baywood

Naturopath
+1

Richard Baywood began practicing as a Naturopath in 1999, with clinics in Brisbane, Port Macquarie, and now Kempsey. He took several years off in Queensland where he studied and then worked as an Advanced Care Paramedic for the QLD Ambulance service. This helped to increase his Medical knowledge, providing a realistic and balanced view of Complementary Medicine. Richard holds an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy, Diploma of Paramedical Science, Diploma of Botanic Medicine, and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology). His philosophy is simple, because health should be simple and something that everyone can have control over. Health is a combination of a balance between the Body, Mind and Spirit. Each Consultation involves a medical history and health analysis involving iridology and traditional techniques used to assess the state of your body. A script involving nutritional supplementation and or personalised herbal medicine/nutritional compounding will be given according to the results of the examination. Additionally, if requested access to integrative pathology services and DNA testing provide powerful and modern day tools which help to uncover a deeper understanding of your health.
