Hi I'm Alexi, I'm a Clinical Nutritionist, root-cause detective, and fierce believer that mums deserve to thrive, not just survive. My family is neurodivergent and my clinic is a neuro-affirming space. I help parents and families find their way back to health after big times of stress (hello being a parent to a ND kid and then finding out you're also ND!), after birth - this can be years after birth as depletion can last for up to 10 years! And also just parent life in general, sicknesses, gut issues, period problems, skin issues there is always a root cause and I'm here to help you figure it out and start feeling better.
