Anna is a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BCHS), yoga teacher, and the founder of Grounded Clinical Nutrition — a holistic nutrition practice dedicated to helping individuals feel grounded in who they are, from the inside out.

With a unique blend of evidence-based nutrition science, movement practices, and nervous system support, Anna offers a compassionate and deeply personalised approach to health. Her work is rooted in the belief that true wellbeing happens when we nourish both the body and the mind — and when we honour the unique rhythms of each individual.

Through the four pillars of grounded wellbeing — balanced nutrition, movement, rest, and self-care— Anna guides clients toward a more connected, calm, and embodied way of living.
