I am a degree-qualified clinical herbalist, supporting women through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and into motherhood, with herbal medicine, nutrition and nervous system nourishment.
I am currently completing an Integrative Obstetrics Certification, to deepen my knowledge in this space.

I take a balanced and realistic approach - combining the best of natural medicine with a respect for conventional care when needed. My goal is to offer supportive options without judgement, helping women feel informed and empowered in their health decisions.

With years of hands-on experience supporting families, I can also offer gentle advice for infants and young children - particularly for common concerns such as sleep, digestion, immunity, and unsettled behaviour.
