Hi I'm Chantel, a qualified Naturopath and Integrative Health Coach.

As a functional medicine naturopath, I specialise in identifying the 'root cause' of your symptoms and developing personalised, targeted, treatment plans using natural therapies. As a minimalist, I don't believe in fad diets, unqualified health influencers or 'miracle' products or the 'try this and hope it works' approach. Once we identify the root cause of your health concerns (via thorough case taking and testing) , I will only prescribe only what you need to heal and thrive. I will give you simple, actionable steps towards greater health that will match your lifestyle and budget.

Services include naturopathic consultations, functional pathology testing (I will often recommend testing after your initial consultation), blood chemistry analysis, and personalised treatment plans that incorporate nutrition, medical grade supplementation, herbal medicine, and lifestyle changes. Whether you're dealing with chronic conditions, acute health issues or seeking to optimise your health, I'm here to support you on your journey towards a more healthy and fulfilling life.
