Clare Carrick

Overview

Clare Carrick is an accredited nutritionist (ANutr), graduating with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (nutrition and health promotion) with Distinction, from Deakin University. Clare has a special interest in the impact that diet has on mental, gut, and brain health and completed an internship at the world-leading research centre in nutritional psychiatry, The Food & Mood Centre (Deakin University). Working virtually with her clients, Clare is passionate about tailoring nutrition to the individual to help them reach their health goals, and learn how to sustain them for life. Clare's approach to nutrition is evidence-based, and focuses on a holistic approach to educate and empower her clients.
