Clare is a university-qualified Nutritionist, equipped with a Bachelor of Medical Science (Nutrition) through CQUniversity. She has experience working with clients across the lifespan, ranging from early childhood through to older adulthood. Clare is passionate about providing holistic, person-centred, and evidence-based food, nutrition and dietary advice that empowers individuals and/or their carers to achieve their health and wellness goals.
Clare is enthusiastic about the role of food and nutrition in supporting overall health and wellbeing, and for the prevention and management of diet-related diseases like nutrient deficiencies, malnutrition, overweight/obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and sarcopenia.
