About Me / Profile Bio:

I’m Elita Dabrowski, a Naturopath and Functional Health Practitioner based in Sunbury VIC, offering both in-person and online consultations across Australia.

I specialise in helping health-conscious individuals who are tired of doing “all the right things” yet still feel bloated, fatigued, inflamed or disconnected from their vitality. Through my 360 Gut Skin Longevity Method, I go beyond quick fixes and generic advice to uncover the real reasons behind gut issues, skin concerns, low energy and hormonal shifts.

My approach combines evidence-based naturopathy, nutritional and herbal strategies, and advanced functional testing to deliver precision, clarity and lasting results. Every recommendation is tailored to your unique biology, goals and lifestyle so you can stop guessing and start transforming your health.

Alongside clinical practice, I’m the creator of Biostem Skin Cream, developed with a plastic surgeon to support deep barrier repair, reflecting the same philosophy I bring to practice: healing that lasts from the inside out.
