I’m a naturopath with a deeply holistic approach to health, focused on supporting the whole person rather than just individual symptoms. I work with a wide range of health concerns, with a particular interest in women’s health, fertility, and preconception care.

My approach is shaped both by clinical experience and my own lived experience with chronic health conditions, which has given me a strong understanding of what it’s like to navigate ongoing health challenges. It’s something that’s made me especially passionate about creating care that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable.

I work collaboratively with my patients to help them better understand their health and feel empowered in their healing journey.
