Endeavour Collage graduate of BHSc Nutritional Medicine.
Passionate foodie and balance orientated Nutritionist with a desire to inspire people on how to use food as medicine! Food is our direct source of energy and nutrients to support everything we do in our day to day.
Special interest include anxiety, digestive issues and dysbiosis, stress management, hormonal and skin, vegan/vegetarian in addition to general nutritional advice and guidance.
When i am not researching or working i enjoy cooking, wandering through food markets, walking my rescue greyhound and going to the gym.
