Health & HRV Coach | Burnout Prevention & Chronic Illness Improvement

Kate is a certified Health and Nutrition Coach with a Physical Education degree and a strong personal connection to the work she does.

Her life experiences, including a journey with complex chronic illness, coupled with her background as an athlete and international work in project management and community development, have fueled her passion for making a difference in others' lives.

Kate now specialises in supporting those to prevent or navigate burnout or chronic illness who feel overwhelmed and unsure of what steps to take.

Central to her practice is her expertise in Heart Rate Variability (HRV) tracking. Kate helps clients reduce the guesswork through providing professional grade HRV tracking options, and has worked with clients with burnout, Long COVID, ME/CFS, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Cancer and other conditions. Kate uses this as a powerful tool to provide clients with objective data, helping them better understand and manage their activities, stress, sleep, and exercise to get the most out of life.

Combining an empathetic, collaborative coaching style with data driven strategies, helps empower her clients to make more informed choices and regain control of their wellbeing.

She is currently further expanding this technical edge with studies in Sports Nutrition and beyond her work, she is a dedicated mum and sports enthusiast who volunteers within her local community.

At her Glen Eden wellness space, she also offers infrared sauna and red light therapy sessions to complement her clients’ wellbeing routines.
