Overview

Krusha is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and member of the Dietitian Association of Australia (DAA). Krusha has received her Master of Dietetics and Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Curtin University. Krusha is the founder of Ease Dietetics and provides evidence-based nutrition support through various GP clinics across Perth. She is passionate about helping people improve their health through practical, personalized nutrition advice that fits their lifestyle, culture, and goals.

Krusha has a special interest in women’s health, including endometriosis, PCOS, fertility nutrition, and menopause, as well as gut health conditions such as IBS, constipation, reflux, coeliac disease, and food intolerances. As someone who personally lives with endometriosis and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), she understands firsthand the daily challenges these conditions can bring. This personal experience, combined with her professional training, allows her to provide compassionate, practical, and evidence-based support tailored to each individual’s needs.

She also supports patients with weight management, Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular health, oncology nutrition, malnutrition, and paediatric nutrition concerns. Krusha works collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, Krusha enjoys working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and helping them make meaningful dietary changes without feeling restricted or overwhelmed.At Ease Dietetics, the goal is to make nutrition simple, practical, and sustainable. Krusha helps clients manage their symptoms, improve their health, and build confidence with food—making diet one less thing to worry about.
