Monica is a qualified Naturopathic herbalist, Iridologist and Reiki practitioner with over 24 years of experience in the field. She covers a broad range of conditions working with men, woman and children. With special interests including Woman's health, Fertility, Thyroid conditions, Gut health, Anxiety, Skin Concerns, Acne, Eczema, Psoriasis and Rosacea.
Growing up Monica saw a Herbalist for her health needs and loved the support, care and understanding that came with all things herbal and herbal medicine so it felt natural and organic for her to follow that passion.
She blends spiritual, intuitive and old school herbal medicine with an up to date understanding of Pathology, Gut, hormone and Hair minerals analysis tests.
