Overview

I am a Naturopathic clinician and personal trainer based in Hervey Bay, with a special interest in helping women through their mature life stages to achieve optimal health. I have been in the Health and Wellness industry for the last nineteen years. I am passionate about what Naturopathy and Exercise can do to enable clients to improve their vitality and well-being.

I have a previous background in Science and Education with a Bachelor of Science and a Postgraduate diploma in Secondary Science teaching specialising in Biology, Health, and Environmental studies. I have always had a fascination and respect for the natural world and our environment, and deeply believe in the interconnectedness of life and the healing power of nature. This, combined with a science-based background and years of training women to achieve physical health goals led naturally into studying for a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy. I provide holistic primary care medicine that blends traditional medicine with scientific advances and current research, guided by principles and philosophies that recognise the body's innate healing capacity, emphasise disease prevention, and encourage individual responsibility to obtain optimal health. I am excited to be able to combine and utilise my past experience and knowledge to help others find their optimal health and well-being.
