Overview

I’m Olivia Grace and my passion is helping individuals like you achieve optimal health through diet and lifestyle. I'm a qualified naturopath and my mission is to provide accessible and empowering wellness education to promote health and wellbeing in my clients through free resources, affordable programs and comprehensive private consultations.

My vision: to be a nurturing, effective and insightful natural health practitioner who offers my expertise to promote health and wellness in individuals.

Education: I studied a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) full-time for 4 years so you don’t have to. I use customised nutritional and herbal supplementation to support your healing journey, guided by evidence-informed practice. I continue to seek education and stay up-to-date with current research. Learning is one of my favourite things to do, especially when it comes to discovering the best path for you to meet your health goals and improve your quality of life. I also invest in professional mentoring from experienced and acclaimed industry experts to get feedback on my practises.
