Overview

Hi there! My name is Rachel and I am here to help women feel great again.

I specialise in women's health, including hormones, fertility, gut health, energy levels, skin conditions, weight management, and mood. I have a keen clinical interest in helping tired women to feel their best again. We achieve this by delving into the underlying cause of your symptoms. Once these root causes are treated, then true and long-lasting healing can be obtained.

I focus my treatments on evidence-based medicine and a whole food diet as the cornerstone of all treatments. The combination of a personalised diet, with prescribed nutrients and/or herbal medicine and lifestyle interventions always get my clients to where they want to be.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science, Naturopathy, along with Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Western Herbal Medicine.
