Overview

Life's journey is marked by various transitions, and I'm here to provide dedicated support every step of the way. Whether you're navigating career shifts, adapting to new cultures, facing relationship changes, or coping with loss, I'm committed to partnering with you to tackle challenges with confidence and hope. As a registered counsellor, I prioritise your unique needs, whilst offering a nurturing space for self-exploration, healing, and personal growth.

I have an extensive background in corporate life, so I intimately understand the unique challenges faced by professional women, especially women of colour, and the intricate interplay of work/home-related issues. Having navigated the corporate world myself, I bring a deep understanding of the complexities and pressures inherent in these environments; such as: work/life balance, stress management, burnout and balancing multiple priorities. I’m also interested in assisting professionals who might be struggling in the pursuit of their careers while managing chronic medical conditions.

I also provide support for multicultural working professionals navigating transitions into new work environments and societies. Furthermore, I'm passionate about empowering women in the workplace, particularly those facing unique challenges such as: gender or cultural discrimination, self-esteem issues, burnout, or aspiring to advance into leadership roles.

Another area of expertise I offer is comprehensive support for couples dealing with the emotional complexities of starting a new relationship, infertility and adjusting to married life. I understand the profound impact that fertility issues can have, and I provide compassionate guidance for couples considering starting a family, facing challenges conceiving, or dealing with the heartbreak of unsuccessful treatments. Together, we explore coping strategies, navigate difficult emotions, and build resilience to face the challenges of infertility head-on.

In addition to infertility counselling, I specialise in grief, loss, and bereavement counselling, including the sensitive topic of pregnancy loss or termination. I offer personalised grief therapy in a safe and comforting environment, helping you navigate through the various phases of grief to find peace, connection, and meaning while honouring the memories of what was lost.

I communicate fluently in both English and Hindi, offering multilingual therapy. I am certified in a range of evidence-based therapies, including; CBT, ACT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Grief Therapy. For couples, I work with the Milan & Bowen Family Systems theories, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Collaborative Couples Therapy, Gottman Method, Discernment Counselling and the Developmental Model. These therapies are selected and integrated based on your personal experiences, goals and situations.

Whether you're seeking support for personal growth, relationship issues, or career challenges, I'm here to help you navigate life's transitions with confidence and resilience.
