Exploring Narrative Therapy (NT) and Solution Focus therapy to work on your symptoms instead of focusing on labels. I take a holistic approach, empowering individuals by fostering self-belief, improving self-efficacy, and nurturing self-compassion.

Focusing on diverse clients, including teenagers and mature individuals, I address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, PTSD, relationship challenges and eating disorders. Passionate about guiding adolescents through transitions and aiding mature adults in career stress and personal growth.
