Overview
Ruth Fellowes has expertise and postgraduate training in child and family health. She has been working in the field of ADHD and learning difficulties for over 10 years now, firstly as a Neurodevelopmental therapist, but then focusing primarily on nutrition, and food as medicine as she recognised just how foundational diet is for kids who are struggling. With adults the focus is more on the gut-brain connection, and how gut health affects mood, stress and sleep. Ruth practices out of East Maitland NSW consulting in nutritional and herbal medicine and is also a public speaker, trainer, educator and advocate for low-to-no-additives in our diet.
