Pip Reed — Women's Health Clinical Nutritionist I specialise in women's hormone health through advanced functional testing that finds the root cause of why your body isn't responding. Most of the women I work with have been told their results are normal. They've tried everything. And they're still exhausted, inflamed, and unable to shift weight. The problem was never effort. It was that nobody had looked at the full picture. I investigate. I test. I connect the dots. My clinical focus includes hormone imbalance, weight resistance, endometriosis, PCOS, uterine fibroids, perimenopause, menopause, infertility, thyroid disorders, chronic stress and burnout, gut dysfunction, histamine intolerance, mast cell activation, mental health, acne and chronic inflammation. Every client starts with a Clinical Case Review — a private session where I review your full history, symptoms and test results together, identify what's actually driving how you feel, and map exactly what I'd do about it. You leave with clarity and a plan. I have been a registered clinical nutritionist for 15 years. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine and a Bachelor of Business, and I am a current member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) and the International Association of Corneotherapy (IAC). I consult worldwide via online video and phone. Featured in Marie Claire, Elle, OK!, NW, Wellness By Design, Get Me Glow, Channel Ten News and Triple J. Hello, I’m Owen Fisher – a naturopath, caregiver, scientist, and passionate advocate for holistic healing. My journey into naturopathy has been anything but traditional, and that’s what makes my approach unique. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master’s in Environmental Management, I spent over a decade working in environmental and HSE roles in the mining industry. My work was grounded in data analysis, compliance, and problem-solving—skills that now form the foundation of my evidence-based naturopathic practice. My path changed dramatically when my youngest son was diagnosed with autism at just 20 months of age. I soon became the primary caregiver for him and his two older brothers. When my son was just over two years old, a chance meeting with a naturopath introduced us to a more holistic and functional medicine approach. The improvements we saw in his condition were profound—and this experience sparked a deep personal interest in naturopathy. After several years of exploring integrative approaches and supporting my family’s health journey, I decided to formally study naturopathy. In 2024, my son was diagnosed with two rare genetic conditions — FOXP1 syndrome and an SLC6A1 variant — which further cemented my commitment to supporting children and families navigating complex health challenges. Today, I operate a naturopathic clinic in Perth, offering both in-person and telehealth consultations. I work with clients across a range of health concerns, with a particular focus on: • Gut and immune health • Cognitive and developmental conditions • Thyroid and anxiety-related issues • Sleep and anxiety issues I also offer supportive therapies such as red-light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen treatments, integrating science and natural medicine to guide people toward their best health outcomes. I am a strong believer in a collaborative approach and work together with allied health professionals and alternative therapists. Some of the team that I meet at least monthly are neurologists, immunologists, paediatricians, OTs, PTs, Chinese herbalists and acupuncturists, and developmental therapists. Outside the clinic, I’m a coordinator for the Western Australia Chapter of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), supporting community, education, and professional development for our local practitioners. Away from work, I’m a proud husband and father to three boys. I enjoy staying active through CrossFit and value community, resilience, and continuous learning. While I am available for speaking events and workshops, my primary focus remains on client care and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. If you're looking for a naturopath who understands both the clinical and personal sides of chronic and complex health conditions, I’d be honoured to work with you.

I’m a Naturopath with over 17 years of clinical experience and a genuine passion for gut health. I love supporting my clients to reach their health goals through simple, realistic changes that align with the key pillars of wellbeing. For the past eight years, I’ve focused on gut-related issues, completing extensive training in this area and working alongside Dr. Jason Hawrelak at the Gut and Microbiome Clinic. This experience has deepened my understanding of the microbiome and its incredible impact on overall health. I’m also passionate about the connection between our gut, our planet, and our wellbeing — how the health of our environment and the health of our bodies are deeply intertwined. My goal is to help people feel their best while fostering a greater appreciation for the role we all play in supporting a healthier planet.
Hello! Using dietary approaches, I improve the lives of Victorians living with chronic conditions and gut issues. I can help you find food freedom and relief from your symptoms by taking a personalised, root-cause approach to what you’re eating. I am particularly passionate about building long-term health habits to prevent illness and support you throughout your life. Having my own dietary restrictions and health issues, I know when a diet approach might be too overwhelming and harmful. That’s why my service is a blended, holistic approach in combination with supplements and lifestyle. I can help adults with: • Diagnosed gut conditions such as coeliac disease, IBS, inflammatory bowel disease, fatty liver disease • Gut complaints despite normal tests • Nutrition on weight loss medications (e.g. Wegovy, Mounjaro) • Type 2 diabetes and prediabetes • women’s health conditions such as PCOS/PMOS, menopause, endometriosis • cholesterol management • unintentional weight gain or loss • osteoporosis and osteopenia • long-term health management • nutrition in older adults • vegetarian and vegan nutrition • suspected or confirmed vitamin deficiencies Some things to keep in mind about my approach: • I might recommend over-the-counter or practitioner-only supplements to help with your condition or control your symptoms. However, I don't advocate for using supplements long-term unless you have a health condition/requirement which means you will require long-term therapy • I take into account drug-nutrient interactions with the medications and supplements you are taking • I consider vitamin/mineral deficiencies as possible causes for your symptoms. I might recommend blood tests to look for any suspected deficiencies, and to get these bulk-billed, you will need to request the tests from your GP • I DON'T take a non-diet approach for weight loss - I will recommend a specific eating plan or food swaps to create a calorie deficit • I DON'T recommend microbiome testing. Scientists don't know yet what a healthy standard microbiome looks like
I help women, children and men understand and celebrate the way their bodies can thrive naturally. Consulting online. Special interests include gut health, hormones, immune health, stress, anxiety, fatigue and skin health.
