Hi, I'm Amber! A degree-qualified Clinical Naturopath with a passion for helping people better understand their bodies, reconnect with their health and feel like themselves again. My approach to naturopathy combines traditional natural medicine with modern evidence-based healthcare, focusing on identifying the underlying contributors to your symptoms rather than simply putting a bandaid on them. I have a special interest in women's hormonal health, digestive concerns, skin conditions, stress, burnout, sleep and metabolic health. However, my approach is always individualised because no two people, or their health journeys, are the same. I believe the foundations of good health begin with nourishing food, quality sleep, regular movement, meaningful connection and a well-supported nervous system. Where appropriate, I incorporate herbal medicine, targeted nutritional supplementation and pathology or functional testing to provide a more comprehensive picture of your health. My philosophy is simple: **less overwhelm, more understanding and realistic changes that actually fit into your life.** No unnecessary supplements, restrictive protocols or promises of overnight miracles! Above all, I'm passionate about empowering you with the knowledge and tools to take an active role in your own health. I offer in-person consultations in **Padbury and Glen Forrest, Perth**, as well as Telehealth appointments Australia-wide. Whether you're navigating a specific health concern or simply want to feel healthier, more energised and more connected to your body, I'd love to support you. **Let's work together to make your health a priority, without making it another full-time job!**
Hi my name is Ali, I'm a qualified Naturopath and a rural girl at heart, I value open and honest practitioner-client relationships. In my teenage years, I experienced ongoing health challenges and underwent extensive testing, but struggled to find answers. I often felt unheard and overlooked, even when working with trusted practitioners. This experience led me to explore alternative approaches more deeply. When I came across the idea of naturopathy, something clicked. I felt drawn to understand the body on a deeper level and support others who may feel the same frustration. My goal is to help people feel seen, heard, and supported in their health journey. My practice is centred on understanding the underlying drivers of your health concerns, by looking at the whole picture, not just your symptoms. I use a blend of traditional and evidence-based naturopathy to create practical treatment plans that are thoughtful, individualised and align with your life, to support lasting, realistic change. You’ll be listened to, supported, and guided with clarity every step of the way, so you can feel informed and confident in your health journey.
Kira is a degree qualified naturopath from the South Coast of NSW and is both the founder and clinical naturopath at NOW NATUROPATHICS. Kira’s passion for naturopathy began during her own health journey, where she first felt truly heard by a healthcare practitioner. Recognising that everyone’s path to health is unique, she now strives to help others redefine their wellbeing and achieve balance through a root-cause approach. Kira combines traditional knowledge with current evidence-based research to deliver the best possible treatment plans to her clients. Kira recognises the complex interplay between body systems and their effects on one another and therefore aims to pinpoint the root cause of one’s condition and work outwards from there. By combining conventional healthcare with; in-depth case taking, functional testing, nutraceutical supplementation and herbal medicines, Kira aims to re-balance the equilibrium of health at an individual level focusing on ones unique needs. Kira’s goal is to empower her clients with a deeper understanding of their health by providing personalised education on effective self-care strategies and proactive measures to both manage and prevent disease.

Hello, I’m Owen Fisher – a naturopath, caregiver, scientist, and passionate advocate for holistic healing. My journey into naturopathy has been anything but traditional, and that’s what makes my approach unique. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master’s in Environmental Management, I spent over a decade working in environmental and HSE roles in the mining industry. My work was grounded in data analysis, compliance, and problem-solving—skills that now form the foundation of my evidence-based naturopathic practice. My path changed dramatically when my youngest son was diagnosed with autism at just 20 months of age. I soon became the primary caregiver for him and his two older brothers. When my son was just over two years old, a chance meeting with a naturopath introduced us to a more holistic and functional medicine approach. The improvements we saw in his condition were profound—and this experience sparked a deep personal interest in naturopathy. After several years of exploring integrative approaches and supporting my family’s health journey, I decided to formally study naturopathy. In 2024, my son was diagnosed with two rare genetic conditions — FOXP1 syndrome and an SLC6A1 variant — which further cemented my commitment to supporting children and families navigating complex health challenges. Today, I operate a naturopathic clinic in Perth, offering both in-person and telehealth consultations. I work with clients across a range of health concerns, with a particular focus on: • Gut and immune health • Cognitive and developmental conditions • Thyroid and anxiety-related issues • Sleep and anxiety issues I also offer supportive therapies such as red-light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen treatments, integrating science and natural medicine to guide people toward their best health outcomes. I am a strong believer in a collaborative approach and work together with allied health professionals and alternative therapists. Some of the team that I meet at least monthly are neurologists, immunologists, paediatricians, OTs, PTs, Chinese herbalists and acupuncturists, and developmental therapists. Outside the clinic, I’m a coordinator for the Western Australia Chapter of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), supporting community, education, and professional development for our local practitioners. Away from work, I’m a proud husband and father to three boys. I enjoy staying active through CrossFit and value community, resilience, and continuous learning. While I am available for speaking events and workshops, my primary focus remains on client care and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. If you're looking for a naturopath who understands both the clinical and personal sides of chronic and complex health conditions, I’d be honoured to work with you.
