Hi there, I’m Jade. I’m a mother, Nutritionist, yogi and founder of Nom Nom Nutrition, now living in Mordialloc, Victoria with my husband Jeremy and our gorgeous bubs, Tara and soon-to-be born baby boy. And I’m on a mission to inspire others to make health a priority in their lives. As a practicing Nutritionist, I have seen my patients lives change from adopting an holistic whole foods diet customised to their needs. We only need to look around our own neighbourhood to realise that chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease and cancer are reaching catastrophic proportions, and through nutritional science research, we can prove how much our modern-day dietary guidelines are to blame. I am honoured to have you join me here, to not only present you with the research but teach you the healing power of nutritional medicine. Whether you are looking to further your clinical knowledge or wanting to deepen your own health journey, remember this: food that heals comes out of the ground, off a tree, or from an animal — it is just about learning which foods are best for you!
I offer nutritional medicine support through a deeply client-centered approach, drawing on over 20 years of experience in mental health, social and emotional well-being, and suicide intervention. My work is grounded in both evidence-based nutrition and compassionate conversation, helping clients navigate challenges like anxiety, burnout, perimenopause and ADHD with practical strategies tailored to their needs.

Pip Reed — Women's Health Nutritionist & Diagnostic Specialist I specialise in women's hormone health — not through generic plans or guesswork, but through advanced functional diagnostics that find the root cause of why your body isn't responding. Most of the women I work with have been told their results are normal. They've tried everything. And they're still exhausted, inflamed, and unable to shift weight. The problem was never effort. It was that nobody had looked at the full picture. I investigate. I test. I treat. My clinical focus includes hormone imbalance, weight resistance, endometriosis, PCOS, uterine fibroids, perimenopause, menopause, infertility, thyroid disorders, adrenal fatigue, gut dysfunction, histamine intolerance, mast cell activation, mental health, acne and chronic inflammation. How I work with you: The Renew You Protocol — my signature 6-month programme for women who are done doing it alone. Comprehensive functional testing, personalised protocol, fortnightly consultations, practitioner-grade supplements and two rounds of testing to track your results. $10,000 in full or $500/week. The Renew You Assessment — one dedicated session to map your symptom picture, identify your primary drivers and determine your next step. $497, credited in full if you proceed to the Protocol. DIY Hormone Rebalance & Weight Loss Program — a clinically guided self-paced programme with personal symptom analysis, meal plans and supplement guidance. $297. I have been a registered clinical nutritionist for 14+ years. I hold a Bachelor of Business, Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine, Certificate IV in Nutrition, Certificate III & IV in Fitness and Personal Training, and certifications in Yoga and Pilates. I am a current member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) and the International Association of Corneotherapy (IAC). I consult worldwide via online video, by phone, and in clinic in Bowral NSW and occasionally Sydney. Out of hours clinic appointments available on request. Featured in Marie Claire, Elle, OK, NW, Wellness By Design, Get Me Glow, Channel Ten News and Triple J. 📞 0423 008 311 🌐 www.pipreednutrition.com

Whether you’re dealing with digestive issues, stress, hormonal challenges, or want to optimise your energy and vitality, I’m here to create a personalised plan tailored to you. When I came to Naturopathy, it was to resolve my personal health challenges. I felt let down by the current medical model and lost in a plethora of information to get to the bottom of why I was feeling just terrible, despite being one of the ‘healthiest’ people I knew! I was unable to get the support I needed from our medical system, constrained by unrealistically short appointments and with no clearly diagnosed illness. Ultimately, I was compelled to look for answers elsewhere, finding them in the world of natural therapies and a wholistic approach. My commitment to all my patients is to make sure you get the support you need, to go beyond the surface level approach, understand the drivers behind your symptoms, and identify which changes can help you get back on top of your game. Let’s make this life one of joy and resilience!
