Hi there! My name is Rachel and I am here to help women feel great again. I specialise in women's health, including hormones, fertility, gut health, energy levels, skin conditions, weight management, and mood. I have a keen clinical interest in helping tired women to feel their best again. We achieve this by delving into the underlying cause of your symptoms. Once these root causes are treated, then true and long-lasting healing can be obtained. I focus my treatments on evidence-based medicine and a whole food diet as the cornerstone of all treatments. The combination of a personalised diet, with prescribed nutrients and/or herbal medicine and lifestyle interventions always get my clients to where they want to be. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science, Naturopathy, along with Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Western Herbal Medicine. Hi, I’m Paula, a degree-qualified Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist based in Sydney, passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being. With a professional background spanning corporate roles and years of running restaurant and catering businesses, I’ve always been drawn to making a positive impact in people’s lives. My personal experiences with pain, inflammation, and recovery from childhood injuries and surgeries inspired me to explore the body’s incredible ability to heal and restore itself when supported in the right way. Having a busy and active family, I understand the real-world challenges my clients face when trying to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This perspective motivates me to provide practical, achievable solutions that make well-being a simple yet essential part of everyday life. My approach is warm, relatable, and grounded in evidence-based solutions. I strive to create a space where my clients feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to take charge of their health. I firmly believe in treating the root cause of imbalances, not just the symptoms, and I take a highly personalized approach to care. Through tailored nutrition plans, mindful lifestyle adjustments, and natural therapies, I guide you toward lasting, sustainable health and vitality. Whether you’re managing chronic pain, boosting your energy, or simply looking to feel better in your own skin, I’ll work alongside you to create realistic and holistic strategies that fit your unique needs. At the heart of my practice is the belief that food is medicine. The food you eat profoundly impacts your immunity, mood, and energy levels. Many diseases are preventable, and achieving a healthy life should feel both attainable and enjoyable—not overwhelming or restrictive. Small, intentional changes to your diet, lifestyle, and environment can have profound, lasting effects. I also believe in empowering my clients through education. By helping you understand your body and its needs, I aim to give you the tools and confidence to make informed choices about your health. Together, we’ll uncover what works best for you and create a plan that supports your unique journey. I offer online consultations throughout Australia, so no matter where you are, I’m here to support you. Health isn’t just about what you eat—it’s about nourishing your body, mind, and spirit through every aspect of life. I look forward to partnering with you on your path to vibrant health and well-being. Let’s work together to empower your body’s natural healing process and create a life that feels balanced, joyful, and uniquely yours. Warmly, Paula
When I came to Naturopathy, it was to resolve my personal health challenges. I felt let down by the current medical model and lost in a plethora of information to get to the bottom of why I was feeling just terrible, despite being one of the ‘healthiest’ people I knew! I was unable to get the support I needed from our medical system, constrained by unrealistically short appointments and with no clearly diagnosed illness. Ultimately, I was compelled to look for answers elsewhere, finding them in the world of natural therapies and a wholistic approach. My commitment to all my patients is to make sure you get the support you need, to go beyond the surface level approach, understand the drivers behind your symptoms, and identify which changes can help you get back on top of your game. Let’s make this life one of joy and resilience!

I’m a Clinical Nutritionist with a personal and professional passion for gut health, thyroid function, metabolic balance, and food as medicine. Originally from Poland, I’ve experienced firsthand the frustration of living with undiagnosed thyroid dysfunction. Despite “normal” test results, I suffered symptoms of hyperthyroidism as a child and was placed on thyroid medication early in life—without much relief. In my late 20s, while living in London, I was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer, which led to a thyroidectomy and radioactive iodine therapy. Since that time—and especially after becoming a busy mum at 35—I’ve had to manage the demands of motherhood alongside the ongoing impacts of thyroid removal. Now in my mid-40s, I understand how critical it is to support the body with nutrition that works, not quick fixes. Years after surgery, I developed Rosacea and was diagnosed with SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth). It wasn’t until I followed a targeted nutritional protocol that I finally saw improvements in both my skin and overall wellbeing. Today, I remain on thyroid medication for life, but through evidence-based nutrition, targeted nutrients, and lifestyle practices, I’ve been able to feel vibrant again—and I help others do the same. My approach is rooted in real food, clinical evidence, and lived experience. I work with clients to support their digestion, reduce inflammation, balance metabolism, and feel well in their bodies—starting with the gut.
