Hi, I'm Victoria and I am here to help you achieve health in all seasons, no matter where you are starting from. I am passionate about seeing people heal from chronic disease and improve their mental and physical health. I am an AARPN registered Certified Practicing Nutritionist (CPN) with a bachelors degree in Clinical Nutrition. I believe in nutrition and lifestyle first, because if the foundation is poor you can throw every supplement under the sun at your body and it will only produce short term results at best. I am able to offer functional pathology testing and as an AARPN recognised CPN I have TGA schedule 1 exemption, meaning under Australian Law I have independent prescribing capacity and can prescribe personalised compounded nutraceuticals and practitioner only products to patients. My life experience and academic interests have drawn me to many areas of focus, particularly mitochondrial and metabolic dysfunction and the impacts it has on brain health; particularly mental health (including mood disorders - Bipolar Disorders, Major Depressive Disorder, GAD, and Panic Disorders) neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD & ASD), neuro-inflammation and cognitive decline. I have undertaken continued education in: - Clinical Care for Autistic Adults (Harvard Medical School) - Common Causes and Treatments of Depression in Children and Adolescents (Stanford School of Medicine) - Women’s Health: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (Stanford School of Medicine) Please note: EPC/ Chronic care plans are for patients without Private Health Insurance. Your brain. Your chemistry. Your formula. Bridging the gap between neurodiversity and natural medicine. At Neuro Botanica, we understand that neurodiversity and mood disorders require a truly holistic, multi-modal approach. Many people work with therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other specialists, but still feel something is missing. That missing piece is often accessible, evidence-based natural medicine that supports the brain at a biochemical level. We bridge this gap by offering naturopathic care specifically tailored to neurodivergent individuals and those navigating mental health challenges. Our approach provides: • A full review of your health history • Safe medication and supplement interaction screening • An understanding of your unique brain chemistry • Personalised, natural treatment options Neuro Botanica provides a calm, neuro-affirming space where natural medicine feels achievable and where your healing feels supported, personalised, and aligned with individual self.
Over the years working as a pharmacist, I became increasingly aware of the heavy burden that preventable, lifestyle-related chronic conditions place on individuals. This experience led me to expand my understanding of health beyond prescriptions - completing a bachelor’s degree in naturopathy (with distinction), followed by further training in lifestyle and environmental medicine. Today, I integrate both pharmaceutical insight and holistic care to support clients as a natural medicine practitioner. My approach combines evidence-based tools like functional testing and detailed case reviews with a deep understanding of medication interactions, nutritional needs, and lifestyle factors. By identifying imbalances across medications, diet, habits, and health history, I develop personalised care plans - using herbs, nutraceuticals, and supportive education to help you feel more energised, resilient, and in control of your health. My clinical focus includes: • Metabolic health: support for cardiovascular risk, thyroid function, insulin resistance, and healthy body composition • Digestive health: addressing gut dysfunction and improving overall digestion • Fatigue and energy support • Women’s health: including vaginal microbiome balance, candida, BV, PCOS, endometriosis, hormone-related symptoms (PMS, PMDD), fertility, perimenopause, and menopause • Mental wellbeing: stress, anxiety, OCD, and sleep optimisation • Children’s health: supporting the growth and development of young minds and bodies • Integrative medication reviews: Minimising medicine-related nutritional deficiencies, side effects and making recommendations to your GP to safely get you off your medications. When we work together, you’ll not only receive a tailored health plan - you’ll gain clarity on what your body needs and why, so you can build long-term wellbeing with confidence and clarity.
I completed my Diploma of Naturopathy in 1998 and currently hold my Naturopathic Accreditation with CMA. Qualified in Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Iridology, Bach Flowers, Acute Homeopathic Prescribing and Remedial Massage. As a Naturopath, my approach to wellness is a holistic one. I treat you as an individual while supporting your whole being and aiming to make you feel comfortable and understood while identifying the underlying cause of your health imbalance. My role in our relationship is to educate you on how to best look after your own health, minimising symptoms of illness, supporting the body’s capacity to heal, and balancing your body and mind. Women’s Health issues is an area I am passionate about. From teenage years to menopause our body is an intricate force able to balance itself and when needed, with the help of nature’s products. When my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's I took a special interest in brain health, I wanted to understand the effects of diet, lifestyle choices and specific nutritional/herbal medicine on the brain and to keep it at its optimal health state. I am the mother of two beautiful boys, a daily meditator, occasional yogi and love mountain biking.
