Holistic therapies, nutrition education, healthy active lifestyle and the power of positive thinking make me who I am. My mission is to inspire, empower, educate and shift peoples perceptions around food, physical activity, health and happiness. I have a Master’s degree in Nutritional Therapy and practicing since 2014. My main areas of interest are but are not limited to skin condition, hormonal imbalances, diabetes, cardiovascular and liver diseases as well as weight management. I truly believe that holistic health (physical and mental) can provide to all of us wellness, energy, vitality and in general a better quality of life. Outside of work I enjoy creating healthy recipes, practicing yoga and spending quality time with my family.

Lara strives to support her clients in achieving optimal health and well-being as well as becoming the best versions of themselves. Through personalised consultations and comprehensive assessments, she educates her clients on the importance of healthy lifestyle habits as well as supplementing their diets with nutrients and herbs that may be depleted by lifestyle, stress, genetic dispositions, and medications. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true healing involves addressing the root causes of illness and restoring the body's natural equilibrium while aiming for lasting improvements rather than fostering dependency on ongoing treatments. Her dedication to bridging the gap between conventional medicine and holistic healing reflects her conviction that a comprehensive approach is essential for promoting lasting health and vitality. Part of Lara's approach is to replace any nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that necessary medications can deplete from the body. With this perspective, both pharmaceutical and naturopathic medications can work together when necessary.

HI, I’m Warwick Maloney, I have been an Exercise Physiologist since 2011, I’m based in Forster on the NSW Mid-Coast. The bulk of my professional life has been in rural private practice clinical environments, and I have always gravitated towards the musculoskeletal elements of Exercise Physiology care. I’m interested in movement based musculoskeletal healthcare. I support people’s health, wellness and rehabilitation, if you’re experiencing setbacks that are stopping you from enjoying what you love, lets collaborate on some active approaches that support your goals. I enjoy collaborating with people as they commit to a process of improved health over time. These types of clients need evidence-based guidance and a cheer squad, and via semi-regular check-ins, I enjoy supporting (and cheering for) them as they work towards their goals. I have a wholistic health philosophy, we are unique individuals with goals and life experiences, and these should always play a role in our healthcare. And while exercise and physical activity are a big part of my work, I am also interested in other ways of engaging positively with our physiology, such as spending time in nature.
