Jessica Scott Young is a clinical nutritionist and northern beaches local. Having grown up with a love of food and the outdoors, Jess embraces an integrated approach to health and wellbeing. Robbie Tyson is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDE) and Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). Robbie has tertiary qualifications and experience as an Exercise Scientist and Educator. Robbie has over 20 years experience in the health and education sectors specifically in the prevention and management of chronic disease. Robbie has worked extensively in remote communities of Cape York delivering community and clinical dietetic services for an Aboriginal community controlled health organisation. Robbie has a strong belief in person centered, evidenced based approach to health care which is supported by his health coaching qualifications. Robbie believes that creating opportunities for individuals to make changes one step at time is key. He facilitates this by developing innovative models of care that assess an individuals readiness for change, importance and confidence repeatedly throughout the lifestyle change process.
