I am a Functional Nutrition Consultant and Certified GAPS Practitioner and mum of three. I'm dedicated to helping others achieve their health goals by addressing the root cause of imbalances, conditions and any other aspect they want to improve. I combine evidence-based but also anecdotal cases using traditional and holistic practices to support wellness and help individuals reclaim their health. I love to simply help people make better choices for themselves and their family but also felt that studying GAPS would elevate my knowledge so I could educate and empower people to go that bit further to heal their gut which in turn, takes care of the plethora of conditions people are faced with amidst today's environmental and lifestyle challenges. I have a huge interest in traditional cooking, I love fermenting and embrace the slower style of food prep but understand the pressures of raising a family and bringing nutrient rich food to the table. Personally, I have implemented GAPS and am blown away by what small changes can be made when you integrate healing foods and the "knock on" effect with other issues, I want to educate others because I believe any condition can be improved.
