Gabrielle Pether | Gut Health Dietitian

Dietitian

Hello! I help adults with gut issues who feel confused and restricted around food find relief and freedom using a personalised, root-cause approach - even if you're still searching for answers and don't know where to start. My passion for nutrition was ignited while attempting to improve my own health, and now I'll use everything I learned along the way to help you. Persistent health problems which aren't taken seriously by other health professionals can be very frustrating, but that's why I will work with you to find the balance between managing your symptoms and having as much variety in your diet as possible. I'll also look for the "why" behind your symptoms so that the root cause can addressed, leading to a better health outcome for you in the long-term. I can help you with irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel diseases (e.g. Crohn's and ulcerative colitis), SIBO, reflux, coeliac disease, gastroparesis, bloating, diarrhoea, constipation and fatty liver disease. Otherwise, if you'd just like to improve your general health and wellbeing, I can help you with that from a gut health perspective. Some things to keep in mind about my approach: • I might recommend over-the-counter or practitioner-only supplements to help with your condition or control your symptoms. However, I don't advocate for using supplements long-term unless you have a health condition/requirement which means you will require long-term therapy • I take into account drug-nutrient interactions with the medications and supplements you are taking • I consider vitamin/mineral deficiencies as possible causes for your symptoms. I might recommend blood tests to look for any suspected deficiencies, and to get these bulk-billed, you will need to request the tests from your GP • I DON'T take a non-diet approach for weight loss - I will recommend a specific eating plan or food swaps to create a calorie deficit • I DON'T do microbiome testing, as not only are they very expensive, but the current evidence suggests that they are not at an appropriate level to inform therapy in patients

Health with Harmony

Naturopath

My name is Mari, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Naturopathy from Endeavour College of Natural Health. Originally from Finland, I am also a qualified registered nurse, with a few years of experience working in the Emergency Department before settling in Australia. My background includes service as a nurse in the Finnish Defence Forces, along with a certification in sports massage. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare, I have developed strong practical skills and a deep understanding of patient care. While working within conventional medicine, I often encountered limitations that led me to seek a more comprehensive approach. Naturopathy has provided me with a deeper understanding of disease and the ability to support health through a truly holistic lens. Naturopathy is not only my profession but also my passion. I practise what I preach and am dedicated to empowering others through education. I believe in supporting people in taking an active role in their health—helping them understand their bodies, their needs, and how to achieve lasting well-being and prevent disease. My approach to care is holistic and individualised. I assess each person through detailed consultations, including symptoms, medical and family history, diet, lifestyle, and relevant pathology results. Where appropriate, I incorporate functional testing to identify the root causes of health concerns. From this, I create personalised treatment plans and provide ongoing support throughout the wellness journey. In practice, I utilise a combination of dietary and lifestyle modifications, herbal medicine, and nutritional support to restore balance to both body and mind. My approach is based on current scientific research, clinical experience, and traditional knowledge. My main areas of interest: - Digestive health: Gain relief from digestive issues such as reflux, indigestion, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, dysbiosis, hemorrhoids, intolerances, IBS, IBD, parasites, SIBO… - Women's Wellness: Find balance and support for women's health concerns such as PMS, endometriosis, irregular, painful and heavy periods, hormonal changes, reoccurring UTI’s, thrush and BV, vaginal health and understanding your natural cycle from menarche to menopause - Nervous system regulation: Learn natural ways to regulate the nervous system, to soothe anxiety, reduce stress and improve sleep. - Gentle detoxification: Support your body's natural detox processes with gentle, effective naturopathic methods.

Pip Reed Nutrition

Nutritionist

Pip Reed — Women's Health Nutritionist & Diagnostic Specialist I specialise in women's hormone health — not through generic plans or guesswork, but through advanced functional diagnostics that find the root cause of why your body isn't responding. Most of the women I work with have been told their results are normal. They've tried everything. And they're still exhausted, inflamed, and unable to shift weight. The problem was never effort. It was that nobody had looked at the full picture. I investigate. I test. I treat. My clinical focus includes hormone imbalance, weight resistance, endometriosis, PCOS, uterine fibroids, perimenopause, menopause, infertility, thyroid disorders, adrenal fatigue, gut dysfunction, histamine intolerance, mast cell activation, mental health, acne and chronic inflammation. How I work with you: The Renew You Protocol — my signature 6-month programme for women who are done doing it alone. Comprehensive functional testing, personalised protocol, fortnightly consultations, practitioner-grade supplements and two rounds of testing to track your results. $10,000 in full or $500/week. The Renew You Assessment — one dedicated session to map your symptom picture, identify your primary drivers and determine your next step. $497, credited in full if you proceed to the Protocol. DIY Hormone Rebalance & Weight Loss Program — a clinically guided self-paced programme with personal symptom analysis, meal plans and supplement guidance. $297. I have been a registered clinical nutritionist for 14+ years.
