Fi_eed Nourish Thrive

Nutritionist
Certified GAPS Practitioner

I am a Functional Nutrition Consultant, Certified GAPS Practitioner and mum of three. I'm dedicated to helping others achieve their health goals by addressing the root cause of digestive issues, health conditions and any other aspect they want to improve. I combine evidence-based but also anecdotal cases using traditional and holistic practices to support wellness and help individuals reclaim their health. My passion is to help people make better choices for themselves and their family. I implement the GAPS Nutritional Protocol for root cause and deep healing to educate and empower people to go that bit further. From gut healing to fixing function, many conditions people are faced with in today's environmental and lifestyle challenges can be resolved. I have a huge interest in traditional cooking; I love fermenting and embrace the slower style of food preparation. I understand the pressures of raising a family and bringing nutrient rich food to the table and I endeavour to help makes things simpler and achievable. Personally, I have implemented GAPS and am blown away by what small changes can be made when you integrate healing foods and the "knock on" effect with other issues, I want to educate others because I believe any condition can be improved.
