Naturaliste Health Clinic

Naturopath

Hi — I’m Tara, a naturopath based in Yallingup, Western Australia, with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). I’ve always been passionate about health, wellness and the healing power of plants, and over the years I’ve lived and travelled in many places around the world. When I moved to Australia, it felt like I had come home — and here I found a way to combine my love of nature, curiosity about human biology, and desire to support others’ wellbeing. I specialise in integrative, whole-person care — blending nutrition, herbal medicine and, when helpful, functional testing (genetic, microbiome or hormone) — to support mental-health, hormonal, gut and overall wellness. A big focus of my work is with people in a 28-day rehabilitation program: clients navigating addiction recovery, trauma or complex mental-health challenges. I also welcome those seeking support for hormonal imbalance, gut health, lifestyle-related concerns, or simply a path toward better long-term wellbeing. For me, naturopathy is about more than treating symptoms — it’s about supporting the whole person: body, mind, environment and life context. I strive to create a compassionate, respectful and collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered. I aim to help you understand your body’s needs, gently restore balance, and guide you toward sustainable health over time. When I’m not working with clients, I’m raising my children, caring for our rural property (animals, garden, meal planning, household routines), and weaving nourishment and rhythm into everyday life. I believe the way we live — the food we eat, the spaces we inhabit, the routines we keep — is deeply tied to health. If you’re looking for a practitioner who values connection, gentleness, and holistic wellness — someone who sees you beyond the symptoms — I’d be honored to walk beside you on your healing journey.

Registered Nurse

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience in healthcare. My background spans both clinical and private practice settings, and I bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach to personalised nutrition care. I’m deeply passionate about the powerful role nutrition plays in our overall health and wellbeing — not just in preventing and managing chronic conditions, but also in supporting women through different stages of life. I love helping women understand and work with their bodies, whether they’re navigating hormonal changes, planning a family, or recovering postnatally. I also believe strongly in finding balance and enjoyment with food, without restriction or guilt. My areas of special interest include women’s health, fertility, family planning, preconception, pregnancy and postpartum care. I work with individuals and couples who are preparing for pregnancy, supporting the nutritional and lifestyle foundations that influence reproductive health and early development. I’m also the creator of the Fertility Foundations™ Method, a structured nutrition and lifestyle program designed to support the preconception window. The program focuses on strengthening the nutritional and metabolic foundations that support egg and sperm development, hormone signalling and the environment for early pregnancy. Alongside fertility care, I also support clients with chronic conditions such as insulin resistance, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I believe in meeting you where you are, and working together to create realistic, meaningful nutrition strategies that support your health and lifestyle.

Zané Murphy NUTRITIONIST

Nutritionist
Certified Practicing Nutritionist

Feeling a little off lately? Tired of trying to “eat right” and still not feeling your best? You’re not alone—and I’m here to help. I’m Zané (pronounced Zaa-nee), a registered nutritionist, certified Emotional Release Technique (ERT) practitioner, and Metabolic Balance® coach. I specialise in helping women—especially those over 35—navigate the confusion of nutrition, emotional overwhelm, and hormonal changes so they can reclaim their energy, confidence, and vitality. My mission is to guide you through the noise and into a simple, personalised approach to wellness that works for you—not against you. In my practice, I go far beyond meal plans and calorie counting. I take the time to get to know you—your medical history, blood results, lifestyle, relationship with food, emotional triggers, and your unique goals and preferences. I firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health. That’s why every recommendation I make is tailored specifically to your needs and backed by the latest scientific evidence. Many of my clients come to me feeling frustrated—doing “all the right things” and still struggling with stubborn weight, mood swings, low energy, or burnout. Often, these symptoms are not just about food or willpower. They’re linked to inflammation, stress, unresolved emotional patterns, and hormone imbalances. That’s where the power of Metabolic Balance® and Emotional Release Technique comes in. Using your individual blood results, we can uncover which foods support your body’s healing, calm inflammation, and restore balance. And through ERT, we gently release emotional blockages that may be holding you back—because true transformation happens on every level. If you’re ready to stop second-guessing what’s “right” for your body and start feeling clear, strong, and connected again—I’d love to support you. You don’t have to do this alone. Book a session with me today, and let’s begin your personalised journey Back to Balance.

Pip Reed Nutrition

Nutritionist

Pip Reed — Women's Health Nutritionist & Diagnostic Specialist I specialise in women's hormone health — not through generic plans or guesswork, but through advanced functional diagnostics that find the root cause of why your body isn't responding. Most of the women I work with have been told their results are normal. They've tried everything. And they're still exhausted, inflamed, and unable to shift weight. The problem was never effort. It was that nobody had looked at the full picture. I investigate. I test. I treat. My clinical focus includes hormone imbalance, weight resistance, endometriosis, PCOS, uterine fibroids, perimenopause, menopause, infertility, thyroid disorders, adrenal fatigue, gut dysfunction, histamine intolerance, mast cell activation, mental health, acne and chronic inflammation. How I work with you: The Renew You Protocol — my signature 6-month programme for women who are done doing it alone. Comprehensive functional testing, personalised protocol, fortnightly consultations, practitioner-grade supplements and two rounds of testing to track your results. $10,000 in full or $500/week. The Renew You Assessment — one dedicated session to map your symptom picture, identify your primary drivers and determine your next step. $497, credited in full if you proceed to the Protocol. DIY Hormone Rebalance & Weight Loss Program — a clinically guided self-paced programme with personal symptom analysis, meal plans and supplement guidance. $297. I have been a registered clinical nutritionist for 14+ years. I hold a Bachelor of Business, Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine, Certificate IV in Nutrition, Certificate III & IV in Fitness and Personal Training, and certifications in Yoga and Pilates. I am a current member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) and the International Association of Corneotherapy (IAC). I consult worldwide via online video, by phone, and in clinic in Bowral NSW and occasionally Sydney. Out of hours clinic appointments available on request. Vital Energy Nutritional Medicine

+1

Nutritional Medicine is founded on the principle that nutrients, including essential micronutrients, are vital for the functioning of all the biochemical processes within our bodies. I like to focus on food as medicine first, alongside lifestyle choices and supplements only if required. When we are focussing on treating symptoms or diseases, we constantly search for any underlying causes, which can be genetic but are often related to nutritional, environmental and lifestyle factors. I like to focus on the mind, body and soul for optimal health. By focusing on each clients mind, body and soul, only then can we truely improve our health and wellbeing. I work with many health issues: Endometriosis - Founder of 'The Freedom From Endo Pain Process' - a 12 Week Program PCOS Menopause Heart health High cholesterol High blood pressure Diabetes Autoimmune diseases Digestive health Weight management Liver health Systemic inflammation Functional Blood Analysis NDIS support for plan or self managed funds Smart DNA testing and GUT microbiome testing.
