Hi Iām Stephanie Malouf and Iām dedicated to helping people create healthy relationships with food in order to live a healthy and happy life. Whether it be after years of forming bad eating habits or establishing good ones early on in life. After healing my own body through diet and experiencing first hand the incredible healing powers of food, it wanted to educate others on how to do the same. This led me to completing a Bachelor of Health Science; Nutritional Medicine and setting up my own private practice. Having worked with hundreds of clients particularly with weight loss, I have come to understand there are two key parts to having a healthy relationship with food; education and a healthy relationship with yourself with a positive mindset. Food is one lifeās greatest pleasures and whilst this can be a positive thing, it can also be used to fill a void and as a distraction from less pleasurable emotions. Your physical health is a direct reflection of how you think, feel and nourish yourself. I have undertaken further studies in the field of psychology in order to help my clients achieve a positive mindset, overcome limiting beliefs and break negative habits. This is often the missing link to an effective long term weight loss and health program and a key driver of stress and emotional eating as well as poor digestion, energy and chronic health issues.

Iām a Clinical Nutritionist with a personal and professional passion for gut health, thyroid function, metabolic balance, and food as medicine. Originally from Poland, Iāve experienced firsthand the frustration of living with undiagnosed thyroid dysfunction. Despite ānormalā test results, I suffered symptoms of hyperthyroidism as a child and was placed on thyroid medication early in lifeāwithout much relief. In my late 20s, while living in London, I was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer, which led to a thyroidectomy and radioactive iodine therapy. Since that timeāand especially after becoming a busy mum at 35āIāve had to manage the demands of motherhood alongside the ongoing impacts of thyroid removal. Now in my mid-40s, I understand how critical it is to support the body with nutrition that works, not quick fixes. Years after surgery, I developed Rosacea and was diagnosed with SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth). It wasnāt until I followed a targeted nutritional protocol that I finally saw improvements in both my skin and overall wellbeing. Today, I remain on thyroid medication for life, but through evidence-based nutrition, targeted nutrients, and lifestyle practices, Iāve been able to feel vibrant againāand I help others do the same. āMy approach is rooted in real food, clinical evidence, and lived experience. I work with clients to support their digestion, reduce inflammation, balance metabolism, and feel well in their bodiesāstarting with the gut.
Hi, I'm Victoria and I am here to help you achieve health in all seasons, no matter where you are starting from. I am passionate about seeing people heal from chronic disease and improve their mental and physical health. I am an AARPN registered Certified Practicing Nutritionist (CPN) with a bachelors degree in Clinical Nutrition. I believe in nutrition and lifestyle first, because if the foundation is poor you can throw every supplement under the sun at your body and it will only produce short term results at best. I am able to offer functional pathology testing and as an AARPN recognised CPN I have TGA schedule 1 exemption, meaning under Australian Law I have independent prescribing capacity and can prescribe personalised compounded nutraceuticals and practitioner only products to patients. My life experience and academic interests have drawn me to many areas of focus, particularly mitochondrial and metabolic dysfunction and the impacts it has on brain health; particularly mental health (including mood disorders - Bipolar Disorders, Major Depressive Disorder, GAD, and Panic Disorders) neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD & ASD), neuro-inflammation and cognitive decline. I have undertaken continued education in: - Clinical Care for Autistic Adults (Harvard Medical School) - Common Causes and Treatments of Depression in Children and Adolescents (Stanford School of Medicine) - Womenās Health: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (Stanford School of Medicine) Please note: EPC/ Chronic care plans are for patients without Private Health Insurance.
