I’m Natalie Baxter, a clinical nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional Medicine) who helps women restore balance in their hormones, gut health, skin, and weight through realistic, science-based nutrition. With over five years of experience in retreat settings, I’ve seen how deeply nutrition influences not just physical health- but mood, confidence and energy. My approach is rooted in evidence but always tailored to the individual - combining targeted nutrition strategies with support for sleep, stress and mindset so lasting change feels achievable - not overwhelming. Whether your goal is to rebalance hormones, improve digestion, support healthy skin, or achieve sustainable weight loss, I focus on identifying the root causes rather than just treating symptoms.
Naturopathic practitioner with over 10 years clinical experience. Academic lecturer teaching up and coming naturopaths in the field. Currently completing Masters Degree in Genomics. My job as a practitioner is to find the root cause of your condition and work on it from there.
I’m Luke - a Registered Clinical Nutritionist (CNA) and Wellness Educator based in Aotearoa, New Zealand. I help people cut through the confusion of health advice and feel confident in how they nourish their bodies and minds. My background brings together evidence-based nutritional science, psychology, metabolic health, and mindfulness practices. I graduated with first-class honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and later completed specialist Clinical Nutrition training (HPN 2) under the mentorship of Dr. Cliff Harvey at the Holistic Performance Institute, building on earlier studies in psychology at Victoria University. I’ve continued postgraduate learning at institutions including Aberdeen and Deakin University, with a strong focus on clinical nutrition for health conditions, nutritional psychiatry, and metabolic wellness. My work is shaped not just by education, but by lived experience, travel, and curiosity. Yoga teacher training in India deepened my understanding of movement, breath, and cultural perspectives on health, and strengthened my ability to support clients with the mental and emotional aspects of change - not just what’s on their plate. Before establishing my own practice, I gained experience through an internship with health researcher and best-selling author Jason Shon Bennett. Today, I continue to share research and practical tools through writing for the Aotearoa Vegan & Plant-Based Living Magazine, recording my podcast and YouTube content, and running workshops and education programs. Outside of work, you’ll likely find me in nature - surfing, cycling, lifting weights, or tending to my vegetable garden. I believe well-being exists at the intersection of nourishment, movement, and mindfulness. My mission is simple: to bridge the gap between clinical science and real-life application - empowering you to build sustainable habits, develop a healthier relationship with food, and feel more vibrant, grounded, and capable every day. My Website I am available each day for online sessions and have in-person sessions available on Wednesdays at my clinic in Titirangi. By booking you agree to the Planted Nutrition Terms and Conditions (opens in new tab)
I’m a degree-qualified naturopath with 8 years of clinical experience, helping clients manage a range of health conditions such as hormonal imbalances, fertility concerns, gut health, stress management, burnout, autoimmune conditions, and metabolic health. I provide personalised naturopathic treatments, combining herbal remedies, nutritional therapies, and lifestyle adjustments to help clients achieve long-term wellness. Outside of my practice, I am a mum to three wonderful daughters, including twins. I love gardening and growing my own vegetables and herbs, and I love teaching my children the importance of nutrition and healthy living. This passion also extends into my work, where I focus on educating clients on the benefits of natural health solutions. I'm based in Port Melbourne but also offer online consults anywhere in Australia.
Jessica Scott Young is a clinical nutritionist and northern beaches local. Having grown up with a love of food and the outdoors, Jess embraces an integrated approach to health and wellbeing. Jess is passionate about using ‘food as medicine’, encouraging clients to eat ‘real food’ and implement the basic pillars of good health in a simple and manageable way. Having spent over a decade in the fast paced media industry, Jess was drawn to nutritional medicine through her own struggles with burnout and gut health. Passionate about gut health, Jess created her own bone broth business when living London, frequenting the local markets in the depths of winter to educate people on the importance of gut and immune health. The solution - one cup of nourishing bone broth a day. Returning home in 2018, Jess created her own no nasties, gut lovin’ pate called The Gut Jar which she now sells to further support client’s gut and iron needs. The Gut Jar pate was created to support people with low iron, digestive disorders, postpartum women and fussy eaters (aka kids) as a way to nourish their needs with nature's most nutrient dense superfood - liver. The Gut Jar aims to make liver sexy again #uglydelicious. Jess has a special interest in teen health, digestive health, thyroid health, stress/ burnout, mood disorders such as anxiety, and postpartum depletion. When not practicing, you can find Jess whipping up a batch of her gut lovin’ pate, at pilates, ocean swimming, cuddling her nieces, hunting out the best coffee spots, wandering the local farmers markets and enjoying dinner parties with friends.

Hi, I’m Suzi - a certified practicing nutritionist with a BHSc in Nutritional Medicine. I was trained to look beyond the symptoms you might be experiencing, to get to the root cause of your health concerns. Once identified, I will work with you to try and correct the underlying problem, rather than masking it with a band-aid solution. I use evidence-based knowledge and naturopathic philosophies for a holistic approach to health and wellness. This includes the latest research in food as medicine, nutritional supplements and mindfulness-based techniques. Whilst I treat a range of health concerns and disorders, I have a particular interest in gut health, skin conditions, hormonal and reproductive health, including preconception, fertility, and menopause as well as weight loss. I am a compassionate and nurturing practitioner and trainer, who is dedicated to having you feeling, looking, moving and, thinking better.
