I support women in midlife experiencing persistent fatigue, brain fog, hormonal changes, digestive concerns, disrupted sleep and difficulty managing weight. I also work with metabolic health concerns and symptoms that remain difficult to explain—even when standard test results appear “normal”. My approach is investigative and personalised. I look at the connections across your symptoms, health history, digestion, hormones, metabolism, stress load, nutrition, lifestyle and genetic tendencies where relevant. The aim is to identify meaningful patterns, clarify your priorities and develop practical next steps suited to your individual needs. Every new client begins with a two-part Comprehensive Health Assessment. Your Health Story Consultation allows time to explore the wider picture, while your following Personalised Health Strategy Consultation brings the information together into clear priorities, initial recommendations and suitable care options. Further support may include a personalised Care Pathway, Continuing Care Consultations, nutrigenetic profiling or functional testing where clinically appropriate. I am a degree-qualified Clinical Naturopath, Fitgenes Certified Practitioner and GEMM-accredited clinician, with professional membership through ANTA. Consultations are provided online via Telehealth to women throughout Australia. I am a bachelor degree qualified naturopath with a special interest in supporting women experiencing fatigue, burnout, stress-related health concerns, mood challenges, sleep disturbances, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic dysfunction. My approach focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying factors that may be contributing to poor health, rather than simply managing symptoms. I combine evidence-informed naturopathic care with nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle strategies, and practical, achievable recommendations tailored to each individual. I am particularly passionate about the connection between the nervous system, metabolism, mental wellbeing, and environmental influences on health. I work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, low mood, brain fog, ADHD-related symptoms, chronic stress, low energy, and immune dysfunction, helping them restore balance and build a stronger foundation for long-term health. Consultations are personalised, collaborative, and designed to meet you where you are. Whether you are navigating a specific health challenge or simply want to optimise your wellbeing, my goal is to provide clear guidance, practical support, and a realistic pathway towards better health. Online consultations available Australia-wide.

I’m a Naturopath and GAPS Practitioner with over 22 years of experience, specialising in gut health and its impact on the rest of the body — particularly skin health, food intolerances, and immune function. My interest in digestive health grew out of my own experience. I lived with long-term fatigue and health issues that worsened after the birth of my son. I was eventually diagnosed with autoimmune low thyroid function, linked to increased intestinal permeability (commonly referred to as "leaky gut"). I now support my digestion as part of managing my health — a challenge that’s given me firsthand insight into how difficult dietary changes can be in real life. Because of this, I go beyond identifying the underlying cause in my clinical work. I provide practical support — including recipes and strategies for gut health while managing food sensitivities. I aim to make dietary changes feel realistic and sustainable. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine), an Advanced Diploma of Health Science (Naturopathy), a Diploma of Health in Nutrition, a Diploma of Health in Herbal Medicine and I am a certified GAPS practitioner. Alongside clinic work, I’ve worked in the health food industry and have provided education to pharmacy assistants, fellow practitioners, and the general public across Australia.

Zoe is a naturopath and herbal educator who takes a compassionate, holistic approach to health. She works with men and women, helping them navigate their health concerns and uncover the root causes of imbalance. Her focus is not just on symptom relief but on understanding the bigger picture—how diet, lifestyle, environment, emotional wellbeing, and even spiritual health contribute to overall wellness. She believes that optimum health comes from addressing the whole person, not just isolated symptoms. Zoe supports people with a wide range of health conditions, including chronic diseases, autoimmune disorders, gut health issues, food intolerances, mental health, neurodivergence, hormonal imbalances, thyroid disorders, sexual health, pain, and fatigue. However Zoe's passion is particularly in women's health, pre-conception, fertility and recurrent pregnacy loss (RPL). She works with couples looking to understand why they haven't been able to conceive, or why RPL is occuring, to uncover the root cause. Using an evidence-based approach, she combines the latest research with traditional wisdom, utilising herbal medicine, targeted natural supplements, and dietary and lifestyle adjustments to support the body’s innate ability to heal. When needed, she offers functional testing to identify underlying imbalances and provide a clearer path forward. Beyond her clinical work, Zoe is passionate about education, believing that knowledge is power. She teaches wild food and medicine foraging, and herbal alchemy workshops including herbal preparations and food as medicine. Her goal is to help people not only take control of their health but also reconnect with nature and the plants that have been used as medicine for centuries. She sees this connection as vital—not only for personal wellbeing but for fostering a deeper respect for the natural world. Sustainability and ethical sourcing are at the core of her practice. She values integrity, and a deep reverence for the Earth, ensuring that herbs and natural resources are used responsibly. Her philosophy follows the ethos of taking no more than what is given in return. Her love and connection to nature since a child has instilled a spiritual connection with Mother Earth and the magic and wisdom it provides, particularly through working with plant medicine. After struggling with gut, skin, mood and hormone challenges for most of her life, Zoe discovered the transformative power of food and herbal medicine. Her personal journey with fertility and miscarriage has deeply shaped her perspective on women's health, and the need for further compassionate and integrative support, particularly through loss of a baby. This personal experience fuels her dedication to helping others find their own path to wellness—one that is realistic, achievable, and deeply connected to the wisdom of nature.
