I’m a dietitian with over 20 years of experience. My passion is helping people feel confident and in control of their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition support. I work with people on a range of journeys — whether that’s navigating life after weight loss surgery, eating well while using GLP-1 medications, or simply wanting guidance for general health and wellbeing. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on building a healthier relationship with food — so you can feel comfortable about your choices and enjoy everyday life with confidence. I have a passion for working in the area of gut health—supporting people to feel better, eat with confidence, and understand their bodies
Holistic therapies, nutrition education, healthy active lifestyle and the power of positive thinking make me who I am. My mission is to inspire, empower, educate and shift peoples perceptions around food, physical activity, health and happiness. I have a Master’s degree in Nutritional Therapy and practicing since 2014. My main areas of interest are but are not limited to skin condition, hormonal imbalances, diabetes, cardiovascular and liver diseases as well as weight management. In my practice I apply the Functional Medicine Model to review cases and embed a client centred approach. I believe in an evidence-based holistic approach, taking into consideration stress levels, sleep quality, mental health, lifestyle habits and physical activity. I truly believe that holistic health (physical and mental) can provide to all of us wellness, energy, vitality and in general a better quality of life. Outside of work I enjoy creating healthy recipes, practicing yoga and spending quality time with my family.
Hello! I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian with three years of experience working predominantly in public healthcare and hospital settings across both inpatient and outpatient services. Working in these diverse and fast-paced environments has shaped my practical, compassionate and evidence-based approach to care. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with chronic disease management, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and metabolic conditions, as well as gastrointestinal disorders such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). I am passionate about providing nutrition advice that empowers clients to feel confident and in control of their health as I understand these conditions can be overwhelming at times. Now in private practice, I am excited to continue supporting clients across these clinical areas while further developing my expertise in women’s health. I have a strong interest in conditions such as endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and menopause, and I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure I provide the highest quality, up-to-date care in this space. I believe nutrition advice should feel supportive, not restrictive. My approach is collaborative and realistic — focused on building sustainable habits that work for your lifestyle, not against it!
