I love helping people to achieve their very best life filled with health and happiness What drives me every day is to help people understand their bodies and to empower them to make the changes needed for optimal health – I’m wholly motivated to continually learn and understand the complexities of what makes us work. As a practitioner I come from a place of deep curiosity and empathy. My health journey has not always been smooth sailing, I have suffered with debilitating gut issues, allergies, thyroid and other hormone problems, deep fatigue and the subsequent brain affects of anxiety, low mood and brain fog. Intuitively I always knew that to get to the core of my issues I would have to take a deep dive into health. I knew that allopathic medicine was great at treating symptoms but not really getting to the root cause, hence I began my journey into nutritional medicine.

I am a Nutritional Medicine Practitioner based in Sydney. Overall I have been in alternative therapies as an Aromatherapist and Psychic Medium & healer for past 22 years, however, since my graduation in December 2018 in the Advance Diploma of Nutritional Medicine I incorporate my qualifications in Nutrition into my practice. Immune, Nervous and Endocrine health imbalances, as well as gut health are a significant focus in my practice.

I am a registered nurse, with a graduate diploma in Cosmetic nursing and injectables. I enjoy helping my patients' reach their Aesthetic goals. I provide both cosmetic nursing and dermal skin therapies. Including IPL hair removal and skin needling services. I work part time as a Registered Nurse in both the Emergency Department and the Intensive Care Unit, but my passion is cosmetic nursing. I've been a nurse for nearly 5 years, I enjoy helping people and educating my patients about their treatments as I go. I have 3 beautiful children with my partner and 3 gorgeous and spirited dogs. I love learning new things, reading and keeping healthy and fit.

Naturopath with a focus on thyroid health. I have been in private practice since 2012, both in Melbourne and rural Victoria (Woodend, Gisborne). I also spent 3 years as the resident naturopath at a rehabilitation centre near Daylesford, treating patients with an array of mental health issues. I will listen, and work with you to develop an achievable treatment plan, encouraging you along the way. Simple and gradual changes to diet, lifestyle and habits, along with individualised herbal and/or nutritional supplements, will allow you to reach your full potential, both physically and emotionally. I am used to working alongside other health professionals (GPs, specialists, psychologists, osteopaths, chiropractors, massage therapists, personal trainers) for best patient outcomes. I am committed to continual professional development, and am a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association.

I am an Australian Naturopath with a focus on Women's health, the menstrual cycle and the skin condition acne. I am passionate about getting to the root cause through functional testing and holistic assessment. I have a gentle nature and a client-centred approach, to ensure the client feels safe and heard throughout the process of addressing health concerns.
