Brooke Allwood

Naturopath
Nutritionist

Feeling tired, stressed out, dreading getting out of bed in the morning? Suffering with bloating, IBS, diarrhoea? I can help! I'm Brooke! I'm a food loving, herbal medicine obsessed Naturopath, Nutritionist and Iridologist; I'm the owner of It's All Good. I worked as a Pharmacy Assistant for close to 10 years before completing my Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy and my Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine in July 2016. My time as a Pharmacy Assistant exposed me to knowledge about pharmaceutical medications, their benefits and their side effects, and the important role qualified Naturopaths have in preventing and reducing the need for such medications. I am passionate about health and wellness on all levels; physical, mental and emotional, and I always strive to get to the root cause of conditions and treat each person as an individual. I work extensively with medical blood pathology, functional pathology, intolerance/allergy testing, compatibility testing and Iridology in my search for the underlying conditions causing current symptoms. I utilise dietary and lifestyle modifications as well as herbal and nutritional supplements, Australian Bush Flower Essences, homeopathy and energy healing as required to manage symptoms and address the underlying cause. I'm very excited to announce that after 3 years of practicing in Hervey Bay I have now officially opened a second clinic location in the WOTSO Building in Sippy Downs on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Celia Grossman

Naturopath
Nutritionist

I am a qualified naturopath and clinical nutritionist, with a wealth of experience in health spanning over 40 years. In 1976, I completed a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours at Monash University, majoring in Biochemistry and Microbiology. After I completed my honours research year, I was employed by the Royal Women’s Hospital located in Melbourne, Australia, as a bacteriologist. I worked there for several years before leaving to start a family. After my children married, when I should have considered retirement, I embarked on a 4-year full-time Bachelor of Health Science Degree (Naturopathy) course at Torrens University. My unique tertiary university education and clinical experience have provided me with the knowledge and passion to treat such conditions as bacterial and yeast overgrowth in the digestive system, such as SIBO and IBS, and other gut complaints. Indeed, I am one of a select group of preferred practitioners who have been approved by sibodoctor.com and sibotest.com. I have also embarked on a comprehensive courses of over 300 hours in Functional Immunology, Thyroid Health, and Blood Test Analysis. These have been invaluable courses among others I have done, to address autoimmune issues such as the thyroid disorder, Hashimoto's and to be able to uncover dysfunctional patterns in a routine blood test. Furthermore, owing to the fact that I have been fortunate to train under the giants in genetics and nutrigenomics,, I am able to assess your genetic make-up and how this may impact your health, fertility, and other chronic conditions. My goal is to improve your health, well-being and quality of life, by assisting you with evidenced-based dietary advice, lifestyle changes, natural medicines and nutritional supplementation. With my knowledge of genetics and nutrigenomics, immunology, and my extensive knowledge of biochemical pathways, microbiology and physiological processes of the body, I can recommend and design a nutritional and lifestyle program that suits your unique genetic profile and your clinical history. As a solution-oriented health detective with a passion and knowledge in nutritional biochemistry, immunology and the microbiome, I seek to uncover and treat any underlying causes to your health conditions, rather than merely concentrating on alleviating the presenting symptoms. Ultimately, while the chances of totally changing the mindset of the general population is unlikely, I am determined to IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF ONE INDIVIDUAL AT A TIME.
