I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience in healthcare. My background spans both clinical and private practice settings, and I bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach to personalised nutrition care. I’m deeply passionate about the powerful role nutrition plays in our overall health and wellbeing — not just in preventing and managing chronic conditions, but also in supporting women through different stages of life. I love helping women understand and work with their bodies, whether they’re navigating hormonal changes, planning a family, or recovering postnatally. I also believe strongly in finding balance and enjoyment with food, without restriction or guilt. My areas of special interest include women’s health, fertility, family planning, preconception, pregnancy and postpartum care. I work with individuals and couples who are preparing for pregnancy, supporting the nutritional and lifestyle foundations that influence reproductive health and early development. I’m also the creator of the Fertility Foundations™ Method, a structured nutrition and lifestyle program designed to support the preconception window. The program focuses on strengthening the nutritional and metabolic foundations that support egg and sperm development, hormone signalling and the environment for early pregnancy. Alongside fertility care, I also support clients with chronic conditions such as insulin resistance, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I believe in meeting you where you are, and working together to create realistic, meaningful nutrition strategies that support your health and lifestyle.

Hi — I’m Tara, a naturopath based in Yallingup, Western Australia, with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). I’ve always been passionate about health, wellness and the healing power of plants, and over the years I’ve lived and travelled in many places around the world. When I moved to Australia, it felt like I had come home — and here I found a way to combine my love of nature, curiosity about human biology, and desire to support others’ wellbeing. I specialise in integrative, whole-person care — blending nutrition, herbal medicine and, when helpful, functional testing (genetic, microbiome or hormone) — to support mental-health, hormonal, gut and overall wellness. A big focus of my work is with people in a 28-day rehabilitation program: clients navigating addiction recovery, trauma or complex mental-health challenges. I also welcome those seeking support for hormonal imbalance, gut health, lifestyle-related concerns, or simply a path toward better long-term wellbeing. For me, naturopathy is about more than treating symptoms — it’s about supporting the whole person: body, mind, environment and life context. I strive to create a compassionate, respectful and collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered. I aim to help you understand your body’s needs, gently restore balance, and guide you toward sustainable health over time. When I’m not working with clients, I’m raising my children, caring for our rural property (animals, garden, meal planning, household routines), and weaving nourishment and rhythm into everyday life. I believe the way we live — the food we eat, the spaces we inhabit, the routines we keep — is deeply tied to health. If you’re looking for a practitioner who values connection, gentleness, and holistic wellness — someone who sees you beyond the symptoms — I’d be honored to walk beside you on your healing journey.

Pip Reed — Women's Health Nutritionist & Diagnostic Specialist I specialise in women's hormone health — not through generic plans or guesswork, but through advanced functional diagnostics that find the root cause of why your body isn't responding. Most of the women I work with have been told their results are normal. They've tried everything. And they're still exhausted, inflamed, and unable to shift weight. The problem was never effort. It was that nobody had looked at the full picture. I investigate. I test. I treat. My clinical focus includes hormone imbalance, weight resistance, endometriosis, PCOS, uterine fibroids, perimenopause, menopause, infertility, thyroid disorders, adrenal fatigue, gut dysfunction, histamine intolerance, mast cell activation, mental health, acne and chronic inflammation. How I work with you: The Renew You Protocol — my signature 6-month programme for women who are done doing it alone. Comprehensive functional testing, personalised protocol, fortnightly consultations, practitioner-grade supplements and two rounds of testing to track your results. $10,000 in full or $500/week. The Renew You Assessment — one dedicated session to map your symptom picture, identify your primary drivers and determine your next step. $497, credited in full if you proceed to the Protocol. DIY Hormone Rebalance & Weight Loss Program — a clinically guided self-paced programme with personal symptom analysis, meal plans and supplement guidance. $297. I have been a registered clinical nutritionist for 14+ years. I hold a Bachelor of Business, Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine, Certificate IV in Nutrition, Certificate III & IV in Fitness and Personal Training, and certifications in Yoga and Pilates. I am a current member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) and the International Association of Corneotherapy (IAC). I consult worldwide via online video, by phone, and in clinic in Bowral NSW and occasionally Sydney. Out of hours clinic appointments available on request. Meet Katie Naturopath | University Lecturer | Mentor | Women’s Wellness Advocate Katie Barron is a degree-qualified naturopath, university lecturer, and mentor to fellow natural health practitioners. With over a decade of clinical experience, she is passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their health with clarity, confidence, and practical support. Through accessible and compassionate online consultations, Katie supports women navigating hormonal imbalances, stress, fatigue, weight fluctuations, sleep challenges, and low energy. Her sessions provide a safe space to explore what may be contributing to your symptoms and develop a clear path forward. Each consultation is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. Katie integrates herbal and nutritional medicine, targeted dietary strategies, lifestyle adjustments, and movement practices—always considering your time, budget, and real-life commitments. Her practical approach ensures that your treatment plan feels achievable and sustainable. Alongside her clinical practice, Katie lectures in naturopathic medicine and mentors emerging practitioners. This dual role keeps her deeply connected to both current research and real-world clinical practice. Katie’s approach combines evidence-informed naturopathic care with a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to heal. As a busy mum, wife, and entrepreneur, Katie understands the realities of modern life. She brings empathy, insight, and real-world wisdom to every consultation, helping you move from simply getting through the day to feeling vibrant, supported, and empowered. Pathology Testing with Purpose Ever been told your blood tests are “fine”, yet you still don’t feel right? Katie’s Pathology Analysis Service bridges the gap between laboratory numbers and how you actually feel. You will receive a detailed written interpretation of your results, followed by a brief consultation to walk through the findings and discuss practical next steps. Your report may include: • Identification of nutritional deficiencies or excesses • Trend tracking by comparing past and current results • Interpretation of patterns between key biomarkers • Practitioner-grade supplement suggestions • Personalised dietary guidance • Recommendations for additional testing where appropriate This service is ideal for those wanting a deeper naturopathic understanding of their health. Katie looks beyond whether results fall within standard laboratory ranges and considers what may be optimal for your body, taking into account your age, gender, symptoms, and stage of life. If you decide to continue with deeper support, the $60 pathology analysis fee can be applied toward a full Initial Consultation, where a personalised treatment plan will be developed. Let’s connect the dots together so you can start feeling like yourself again. The Balance – Energetic Healing Sessions Alongside her clinical naturopathic practice, Katie also offers The Balance, a gentle energetic healing session designed to help restore harmony within the body, mind, and nervous system. This work supports people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or energetically out of alignment and are seeking a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and flow in their lives. During a Balance session, muscle testing is used to identify energetic imbalances within the body’s meridian system. These imbalances are connected with sacred numerical patterns that reflect areas where energy may be blocked or out of balance. Once identified, specific energetic corrections are applied to help restore balance and support the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal. Clients lie comfortably on a treatment table while the balancing work is performed. Many people naturally enter a deeply relaxed or meditative state during this process. After a session, clients commonly report: • Deep nervous system relaxation • Emotional release or clarity • Improved focus and decision making • A sense of energetic lightness • Feeling that life begins to flow more easily Each Balance session works with what the body and energy system are ready to shift at that time. Sessions typically run for approximately 60 minutes. Distance (Surrogate) Balance Sessions For clients who are not local, The Balance can also be performed remotely using a surrogate session. In this process, another person acts as the physical body for muscle testing while the session is energetically tuned to the client. The balancing work is directed toward the client regardless of where they are located. Once your session is booked: You will receive a message when the session is about to begin. If possible, take this time to rest, relax, or meditate. The Balance session will be completed remotely. After the session, you will receive a message and a short follow-up summary. Many clients report experiencing similar shifts and relaxation with surrogate sessions as they do with in-person sessions. Suggested Starting Point For most people it is recommended to begin with two Balance sessions, with the second session occurring approximately one week after the first. This allows the body time to integrate the initial corrections and deepen the balancing process. Further sessions can then be scheduled depending on your goals and what arises during the work. Important Note The Balance is an energetic healing modality designed to support wellbeing and personal development. It is not intended to replace medical or psychological care where required.
