Feeling a little off lately? Tired of trying to “eat right” and still not feeling your best? You’re not alone—and I’m here to help. I’m Zané (pronounced Zaa-nee), a registered nutritionist, certified Emotional Release Technique (ERT) practitioner, and Metabolic Balance® coach. I specialise in helping women—especially those over 35—navigate the confusion of nutrition, emotional overwhelm, and hormonal changes so they can reclaim their energy, confidence, and vitality. My mission is to guide you through the noise and into a simple, personalised approach to wellness that works for you—not against you. In my practice, I go far beyond meal plans and calorie counting. I take the time to get to know you—your medical history, blood results, lifestyle, relationship with food, emotional triggers, and your unique goals and preferences. I firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health. That’s why every recommendation I make is tailored specifically to your needs and backed by the latest scientific evidence. Many of my clients come to me feeling frustrated—doing “all the right things” and still struggling with stubborn weight, mood swings, low energy, or burnout. Often, these symptoms are not just about food or willpower. They’re linked to inflammation, stress, unresolved emotional patterns, and hormone imbalances. That’s where the power of Metabolic Balance® and Emotional Release Technique comes in. Using your individual blood results, we can uncover which foods support your body’s healing, calm inflammation, and restore balance. And through ERT, we gently release emotional blockages that may be holding you back—because true transformation happens on every level. If you’re ready to stop second-guessing what’s “right” for your body and start feeling clear, strong, and connected again—I’d love to support you. You don’t have to do this alone. Book a session with me today, and let’s begin your personalised journey Back to Balance.

As a busy mum, wife, and entrepreneur, Katie understands the realities of modern life. She brings empathy, insight, and real-world wisdom to every consultation, helping you move from simply getting through the day to feeling vibrant, supported, and empowered. Pathology Testing with Purpose Ever been told your blood tests are “fine”, yet you still don’t feel right? Katie’s Pathology Analysis Service bridges the gap between laboratory numbers and how you actually feel. You will receive a detailed written interpretation of your results, followed by a brief consultation to walk through the findings and discuss practical next steps. Your report may include: • Identification of nutritional deficiencies or excesses • Trend tracking by comparing past and current results • Interpretation of patterns between key biomarkers • Practitioner-grade supplement suggestions • Personalised dietary guidance • Recommendations for additional testing where appropriate This service is ideal for those wanting a deeper naturopathic understanding of their health. Katie looks beyond whether results fall within standard laboratory ranges and considers what may be optimal for your body, taking into account your age, gender, symptoms, and stage of life. If you decide to continue with deeper support, the $60 pathology analysis fee can be applied toward a full Initial Consultation, where a personalised treatment plan will be developed. Let’s connect the dots together so you can start feeling like yourself again. The Balance – Energetic Healing Sessions Alongside her clinical naturopathic practice, Katie also offers The Balance, a gentle energetic healing session designed to help restore harmony within the body, mind, and nervous system. This work supports people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or energetically out of alignment and are seeking a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and flow in their lives. During a Balance session, muscle testing is used to identify energetic imbalances within the body’s meridian system. These imbalances are connected with sacred numerical patterns that reflect areas where energy may be blocked or out of balance. Once identified, specific energetic corrections are applied to help restore balance and support the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal. Clients lie comfortably on a treatment table while the balancing work is performed. Many people naturally enter a deeply relaxed or meditative state during this process. After a session, clients commonly report: • Deep nervous system relaxation • Emotional release or clarity • Improved focus and decision making • A sense of energetic lightness • Feeling that life begins to flow more easily Each Balance session works with what the body and energy system are ready to shift at that time. Sessions typically run for approximately 60 minutes. Distance (Surrogate) Balance Sessions For clients who are not local, The Balance can also be performed remotely using a surrogate session. In this process, another person acts as the physical body for muscle testing while the session is energetically tuned to the client. The balancing work is directed toward the client regardless of where they are located. Once your session is booked: You will receive a message when the session is about to begin. If possible, take this time to rest, relax, or meditate. The Balance session will be completed remotely. After the session, you will receive a message and a short follow-up summary. Many clients report experiencing similar shifts and relaxation with surrogate sessions as they do with in-person sessions. Suggested Starting Point For most people it is recommended to begin with two Balance sessions, with the second session occurring approximately one week after the first. This allows the body time to integrate the initial corrections and deepen the balancing process. Further sessions can then be scheduled depending on your goals and what arises during the work. Important Note The Balance is an energetic healing modality designed to support wellbeing and personal development. It is not intended to replace medical or psychological care where required.
Feeling tired, stressed out, dreading getting out of bed in the morning? Suffering with bloating, IBS, diarrhoea? I can help! I'm Brooke! I'm a food loving, herbal medicine obsessed Naturopath, Nutritionist and Iridologist; I'm the owner of It's All Good. I worked as a Pharmacy Assistant for close to 10 years before completing my Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy and my Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine in July 2016. My time as a Pharmacy Assistant exposed me to knowledge about pharmaceutical medications, their benefits and their side effects, and the important role qualified Naturopaths have in preventing and reducing the need for such medications. I am passionate about health and wellness on all levels; physical, mental and emotional, and I always strive to get to the root cause of conditions and treat each person as an individual. I work extensively with medical blood pathology, functional pathology, intolerance/allergy testing, compatibility testing and Iridology in my search for the underlying conditions causing current symptoms. I utilise dietary and lifestyle modifications as well as herbal and nutritional supplements, Australian Bush Flower Essences, homeopathy and energy healing as required to manage symptoms and address the underlying cause. I'm very excited to announce that after 3 years of practicing in Hervey Bay I have now officially opened a second clinic location in the WOTSO Building in Sippy Downs on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Bringing new life into the world is the biggest creative work of our lifetime. At WellNatal, we help you optimise your health and grow your family. We offer support across three significant seasons: PREPARATION & PRECONCEPTION CARE Preconception care is about “stacking the deck in your favour” for a healthier pregnancy, a well-nourished baby and a better postpartum experience. Optimising nutrition and overall health in both partners can have a lasting positive impact on the pregnancy and beyond. If you are asking any of these questions, we can help: - What should I do to be at my healthiest before conceiving? - Are there any natural ways to improve fertility? - How can I find out if I have nutrient deficiencies? - I have endometriosis, PCOS or amenorrhea, can nutrition help? - What should I do if I’ve stopped or want to stop contraception (e.g. “the pill”)? - I’m still exhausted from my last pregnancy, how can I revitalise my health before conceiving? - How can I decrease my risk of gestational diabetes and other pregnancy complications? - Which blood tests or other testing should I do? - Which prenatal vitamin should I take? Key focus areas: - Optimising fertility - Improving egg & sperm quality - Identifying & treating nutrient deficiencies that could impact pregnancy & postpartum - Improving reproductive, menstrual & hormone health - Identifying & removing barriers to healthy conception - Improving metabolic health PREGNANCY CARE Pregnancy care naturally supports the mother’s physical changes during pregnancy, healthy foetal development and supports birth to postpartum. Unfortunately, much of the advice around pregnancy nutrition and lifestyle is outdated or incorrect. With specialist training in this area, we relieve the stress and overwhelm by giving you research-backed and holistic prenatal nutrition advice. If you are asking any of these questions, we can help: - Which foods are “safe” to eat in pregnancy? - Which foods should I eat for a healthy pregnancy? - How can I eat to support healthy growth of my baby? - How can I manage my blood sugar naturally? - How can I have more energy and less swelling? - Which prenatal vitamin should I be taking, if at all? - My iron supplement makes me constipated, what should I do? - Which kind of exercise is safe in pregnancy? - I’m having twins, how can I support my pregnancy? Key focus areas: - Emphasising intake of foods and nutrients that help grow a healthy baby - Minimising foods that impede a healthy pregnancy - Navigating pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, constipation, reflux, fatigue and swelling - Navigating food cravings and aversions - Managing gestational diabetes and other pregnancy complications with a real food approach - Supporting multiples - Supporting appropriate exercise and movement - Treating iron deficiency and other nutrient deficiencies - Preparing for birth and postpartum planning POSTPARTUM CARE Postpartum care focuses on the mother’s (often-overlooked) recovery from birth and supports healthy, nutrient rich breastmilk to nourish and sustain the growing newborn. Compared to often rudimentary and short-lived conventional postpartum care, we support mother’s for as long as they need. Postpartum is forever and supporting the mother’s recovery can help prevent compounding health issues over multiple pregnancies. - What should I eat in postpartum if I am breastfeeding vs bottle feeding? - Why am I so hungry? - Does my diet affect my breast milk? - When should I get blood tests done? - I was told my blood test are “normal” but I don’t feel normal, what can I do? - How can I eat to support my energy and mood? - Can certain foods help my body recover from labour and birth? - Is my hair loss normal? - I think I might have post-natal depletion, what can I do? - How can I fix my iron deficiency? Key focus areas: - Nutritional support for breastfeeding - Supporting post-birth recovery and healing - Identifying and treating nutrient deficiencies - Supporting healthy hormones and reproductive function - Nervous system and energy support - “Post-natal depletion” treatment SERVICES 1:1 Consultations – online, Australia wide TESTING - Blood test/pathology scripts - DUTCH testing - Co-Biome GI mapping - Others as needed PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE Many providers offer rebates.
