Hi, I'm Victoria and I am here to help you achieve health in all seasons, no matter where you are starting from. I am passionate about seeing people heal from chronic disease and improve their mental and physical health. I am an AARPN registered Certified Practicing Nutritionist (CPN) with a bachelors degree in Clinical Nutrition. I believe in nutrition and lifestyle first, because if the foundation is poor you can throw every supplement under the sun at your body and it will only produce short term results at best. I am able to offer functional pathology testing and as an AARPN recognised CPN I have TGA schedule 1 exemption, meaning under Australian Law I have independent prescribing capacity and can prescribe personalised compounded nutraceuticals and practitioner only products to patients. My life experience and academic interests have drawn me to many areas of focus, particularly mitochondrial and metabolic dysfunction and the impacts it has on brain health; particularly mental health (including mood disorders - Bipolar Disorders, Major Depressive Disorder, GAD, and Panic Disorders) neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD & ASD), neuro-inflammation and cognitive decline. I have undertaken continued education in: - Clinical Care for Autistic Adults (Harvard Medical School) - Common Causes and Treatments of Depression in Children and Adolescents (Stanford School of Medicine) - Women’s Health: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (Stanford School of Medicine) Please note: EPC/ Chronic care plans are for patients without Private Health Insurance. I work with women who want to change their body composition, improve their relationship with food, and feel more comfortable in their body, without extremes, guilt, or constantly starting over. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with an understanding of behaviour, mindset, and real life. Sustainable change is not just about what you eat. It is about how you live, how you respond to stress, and how well a plan fits into your day-to-day routine. Like many of the women I work with, I have navigated weight changes, dieting, and the frustration of doing all the right things without feeling good in my body. That experience shapes how I work today. My approach is practical, respectful, and focused on long-term outcomes rather than quick fixes. I support women through body recomposition, metabolic health, and habit change using strategies that are structured but flexible. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of your health, with nutrition that works in real life.
Naina is an anti-diet dietitian who cares deeply about helping people feel at ease with food, their body, and health. They have a strong interest in supporting people with diabetes through a whole-person approach — looking at the mind, body, and intuition together, not just numbers or diets. Naina uses a weight-inclusive approach, meaning they support health and wellbeing without focusing on weight or size. They enjoy helping people explore movement and self-care in ways that feel natural and enjoyable. Naina also has a special interest in supporting people who are culturally diverse and neurodivergent whilst living with chronic conditions, like diabetes. While they don’t have all the answers, Naina values lived experience and will always do their best to listen and learn alongside their clients. She is curious about how health is shaped not only by food and exercise, but also by the bigger picture — such as culture, access to healthcare, stress, and the environment we live in. Naina has worked in hospitals, mental health services, and community settings across Australia. They believe in walking side by side with clients, focusing on what matters most to each person, rather than setting strict rules or goals. Naina is warm, down-to-earth, and committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
